From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lobby was well-appointed, and the staff were attentive and ready to assist me. Throughout my time at Bravo Tanauan Hotel, I found the accommodations to be comfortable and well-equipped with modern amenities. Whether I was unwinding after a day of exploring or preparing for the day ahead, the cozy ambiance and thoughtful touches in my room made for a pleasant retreat. The hotel's facilities further enhanced my experience. I appreciated the convenience of the fitness center to stay active and the option to indulge in delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. Additionally, relaxing by the pool provided a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Moreover, the hotel's location in Tanauan, Batangas provided easy access to nearby attractions and activities, allowing me to explore the beauty of the region during my stay.

The noise from vehicles on the nearby road can detract from the overall guest experience. While the hotel's location may provide easy access to transportation and nearby attractions, it's important for guests to be able to enjoy a peaceful and restful environment during their stay. To address this issue, the hotel could consider implementing soundproofing measures in guest rooms facing the road or providing guests with earplugs upon request. Additionally, offering rooms situated away from the road for guests sensitive to noise can be a proactive solution.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and modern. The room was a good size for 2 persons. The desk was great for laptop use. The staff was excellent.

Not too fond of the location. But otherwise, everything was excellent. I arrived late at night and the area looked sketchy and I could not tell where the hotel was or where to enter. The business plaza stores are all closed by 8pm, so there's no activity after 8pm. I called and the receptionist was very helpful in telling me where to park, as well as the front security guard.

Attentive staffs and welcoming. Especially during breakfast when one of the waitress saw that I find it hard to pour my water she immediately went to me to assist me.

Was sad a bit that it’s cheaper if you walk in on the day compared to having an advanced booking through booking.com difference of P700 hehe (had to make sure that we should have a reservation as we came all the way from manila, we can’t risk doing walk in hehe

The food in the restaurant is very average. The breakfast buffet was good no red wine and you serve Italian food. That’s kind of a important thing to have is some Merlot or Cabernet. All they had was a Moscato.

Surprising to have an excellent standard hotel in a place like Tanauan, I’d assume it’s for business guests.

The doors have a tendency to slam in the corridor, even when you try to close them carefully. I.e. easy to disturb the other guests. I would put some noise cancelling furniture/drapes in that empty corridor (or adjust the doors).

Very Welcoming staff. 2 of the front desk staff during r check in was very honest. I paid in cash and did not count the change I received from her since I was tired from a long drive. Around 930 pm received a phone call clarifying the amount change I received. So surprising even they came to my room and give the right amount change I need to received. Thank you for that kind honest staff in Bravo hotel.. I commend they even do Xtra work out from their roles just to accommodate the guest needs. More than 5 star for the staff attitude. 9 star for the hotel cleanliness. Highly recommended.

Need to disinfect the basement parking. Mosquito invades the car for an over night stay

There was several issues with the smart TV and the internet. The breakfast was terrible better to not even offer it.. And they couldn't seem to get regular coke in the restaurant. Lots of street people, trikes, jeeps, motor bikes going on every direction just to walk up 711 I almost got hit by motorcycle snaking through

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Very hospitable and professional staff, they were very kind and so helpful all throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend :)

It was quiet and a nice place to spend some time away from the noise in the city.

I got what I came for but it would have been nice if they have a swimming pool and a green area to just relax.

The staff is very helpful and the place is amazing, who would have guessed that there's a place like this in Tanauan, salute to all the staff and management
