Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Hotel is kept very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location was in a very good spot.

Would have preferred clothing drawers for clothing since I was there for a few days so we didn't have to keep some clothes on my suitcase during our stay. Didn't like the barn door for the bathroom / closet. It's wasn't very convenient if you have a little one as the door doesn't lock for the bathroom and it's a novelty for a little one to keep sliding the door back and forth giving no privacy in the bathroom.

The location did seem safe, well lit, and quiet. The room was bigger, very clean, the bed was harder but my husband was ok with that. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Within 1 hour of a lot of things to do.

Not really the hotels fault but we asked to be put on top floor at end of the hallway (which they accommodated) in hopes to be away from the noise. The people on both sides of us kept slamming their doors, they ended approx around midnight and started around 6am or earlier. So it could have been worse.

The cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely the most convenient ever. Starbucks was located within walking distance and the property was positioned around some great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

I went to get breakfast and it was 1 min before 9 and the lady was cleaning up and told me I could have breakfast.And theater person had started a waffle and she would let him have it because it was 9 and she threw it out in front of him very wast full. I was pretty upset about that, and my father and husband had breakfast because they were there 10 minIs early! so make sure you get there before 9.

Breakfast was delicious. Location good. The cook was excellent and very friendly. She went above and beyond being friendly and keeping everything in stock for the vistors to eat. A good variety for food and drinks.

I can't think of anything that could have been any better.

Easy and friendly check-in. Our room was spotless and welcoming. Bathroom nicely appointed and exceptionally clean. The hotel appeared generally in good order and made for a pleasant stay. Nice breakfast and especially nice to receive a small bag with a few goodies for travelers in a hurry.

I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of items to choose from.

I didn't like the loveseat in our room. Its appearance was tattered, soiled, and worn looking. The coffee didn't taste fresh after the morning.

It’s clean, properly maintained, inviting, staff were courteous, breakfast was alright, love the freshly baked cookies in the late afternoon when we return to the hotel for the day, WiFi was fast and housekeeping was thorough.

None. Will stay here again if budget permits.

Breakfast stopped at 9:00 AM, which is an hour too early! Also there needs to be more of a variety of healthy foods, and less processed foods...the bagged eggs are bad. Gluten free options are required at most places now.

very clean and updated looking. rom was very nice. employees where very helpful, friendly and professional.

Lighting in bathroom is not good for putting on makeup. my wife had isues with that. IT was not bright enough in bathroom to do hair and makeup.
