The lobby area and halls of the facility were very clean and smelled great. The check-in was courteous and professional. The breakfast area was clean, and the food choices were exceptional. The hostess did a great job making sure the guests were served with care and respect from the front desk hostess to the breakfast hostess. I would definitely return to this facility for future stays, and I would recommend Fairfield Inn to others.

Our King Suite was not properly cleaned. The furniture was very dusty; the shower was not clean. There was only 1 bathcloth in the bathroom. There were only 1 small garbage can in the bathroom with no garbage can in the bedroom or sitting area of the Suite. We had to sanitize the room with clorox wipes that we carry with us at all times before settling down. The bed was clean and comfortable. It was quiet near our room, and we slept peacefully. The extra pillow in the room was an added bonus! Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we will return in the future.

Breakfast was really great... I enjoyed all of the food...

The room was too close to the parking with curtain that was broke and wouldn't stay closed from ppl being able to see you in the room.... it's was a climb in tub with shower head that was set wrong and I was too short to reach it to fix it, the shampoo bottles were empty...freg didn't get cold enough... and the room next door slammed doors all night and very early in the morning before breakfast so from 7pm to 4am the neighbors keep slamming the door....

The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

When I came to check in, there was no one at the front desk. I kept calling out for someone but no answer. Finally after 10 minutes, the lady came to the counter. I told her I was calling out to see where someone was and all she asked was what was the last name on the room. No apologies or explanation.

We did not eat breakfast there as my husband was scheduled for an early surgery.

I would ask for a room on the other side of the hall as the traffic noise from the near by street was sometimes loud. Also would suggest softer closing doors. Room smelled strongly of fried foods. $63 added fees seemed high to us.

Shantrell that checked us in was sooo very friendly and courteous. The room when we walked in smelled so "bleachy" clean that we knew it was clean. The beds were very comfy. We've stayed here before and will again!!!

The pool was a little too chlorine smelling, very strong.

The breakfast items were many and processed well. Apparently, there was a large percentage of guests that attended at the 7:00 am time, It was quite crowded, but the waiting was not too long.

Easier access to breakfast items (eggs, sausage and pancakes). The large crowd made this slow.

I'm actually from Atmore. The location has changed a lot since I left. Everything was great. The service was excellent. The facilities (pool and gym) we're both excellent. BUT....the breakfast was the best!

The bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Each morning the hot breakfast was different. Lots of choices. There was a pond behind the hotel and had a walking path around it. Very pretty.

The location was off the interstate and perfect, easy to find. The rooms were spacious and the indoor pool was to die for!

I don't remember the bed being that comfortable. It wasn't uncomfortable but it wasn't exceptionally comfortable either.

Location and cleanliness of the property.

Our shower leaked onto the room below us. It was a handicapped room, and the shower's design didn't stop the water from leaking all over the bathroom floor.
