I loved everything about the room (Room 512). The staff was great, always helping, smiling and answering my questions, Frau Virginnie was really sweet and kind to me at all times :D. The bed is big and comfortarble for both onr and two people. The Hotel is equipped with a Kitchenette and has everything you need if you want to cook a meal. The AC is very powerfull and cools your room very well, the bathroom is equipped with everything you need for your entire stay amd has a simple yet good design. The Housekeeping team also did a great job at cleaning my room, I was satisfied to see how fast was cleaned and how well. The Hotel is also in a very central area so ot is very close to a lot of restaurants as well as many attraction, the hotel's only 12 minutes away from the beach so it is also very-well placed if you want to be close to the beach. All in all, it was a very nice stay, I wish I could stay more but unfortunately, everything was fully booked after the 14th :(

The location is great, only 5 mins from the station with bakery, supermarket and shop nearby. The room was functional, clean and staff very helpful allowing us to check out late. It's only about 10-15min walk from the beach and the centre of Cannes 5-10mins. Free coffee. Well worth a visit if you want to see Cannes on a modest budget and don't need a pool. Far lower cost than most in the area with only a short extra distance to contend with

The room was a bit dark at night as just lamps on offer. The towels could have been a bit nicer and fresh sheets/towels each night cost an additional €15pn Though airbnb style apartments don't give this option so could be seen as a plus....

The staff was friendly and great. They have private underground parking. The reception is open 24/7. The room was clean and comfy.

In our room, the balcony door would not close properly and during a rain, there was water coming in the room. The receptionist gave us some towels to dry it, and turned out ok. The kitchen was quite small and you can't cook more than a breakfast and an easy meal for lunch/dinner. It could be more equipped. Overall it turned out ok.

Kind security staff that can check you in if one arrives late in Cannes. The receptionist was very kind too. The beach is distanced at around a 10min walk from the hotel, and an express supermarket is located 20m away from the entrance. Large space and generally good layout.

My key card didn't work, which meant that every time you want to come back, the security has to open the doors for you. But the problem is that the security staff don't see you waiting at the front door. There's an emergency button for late check-ins but it would be better to have a doorbell for a simplified entry.

Have everything we needed. Excellent location Staff were super helpful and very kind and generous. Room was very quiet, great sleep.

The kitchenette in the apartment/ hotel room was excellent as it meant we could have hot drinks and snacks back in the room. The staff were also very friendly and helpful

The single beds could have been a little wider (but they were as advertised, so this is just being a little picky).

The flat needs some renovation. There’s a really bad smell in the building hallways.

The room was clean and comfortable for 4 persons. The location is very good (6-7) minutes walk to the Bd de la Croisette, where everything you need to see is around

Only two small towel hangers are not enough for 4 persons.

Very good location and supermarket is very near. Beach is max 15 mins. Railway station is 10 mins. Receptionist is very kindly and helpful.

I have only small isseu, in the eveining I felt cigeretta smoke in the corridor and came to my room.

even though the hotel is on the busiest street of Cannes, the room was very quiet as it was facing the courtyard. The room is very simple. We just used street parking.
