The location is perfect, super close to the chairlift. The apartment came with a parking in a garage where you can store skis which is a huge plus. Everything needed was provided.

The bed was not the most comfortable to our taste, the pillows were a little bit on a flimsy side, so if somebody has neck or back problems, they should bring their own pillows.)

Practically everything - easy access, perfect rooms, equipped with everything I needed! We had 3 room-3 bathroom apt. - each room had a TV set and hairdryer, comfy area with a little table or, in the main room, a big table for 6 ppl. Little, but sufficient kitchen, equipped with all one may need during such stay. It feels like it was furnished by a person who lived there for some time.

minor issue was the operating hours witch check-in from 16:00 but could be earlier for 50PLN

It would be good to have few bags of tea for a start.

The apartment was beautifully renovated, very clean with all ameneties! The sauna & jacuzzi were nice! Check in was very smooth and staff were very helpful! Hotel is really close to the resort and has a ski to door entry (although we were very unlucky with the snow and didn’t experience it).

The pictures are taken at REALLY REALLY good angles and everything was much smaller in reality. Although I can’t say its a bad thing, but we were not expecting it 😀

The location was good, close to shops and a chairlift, close to restaurants in the area. It was also great to have a secured private parking garage, this felt really secure and we were able to leave ski/snowboard equipment in there overnight instead of taking it into the apartment.

When we first arrived the apartment had a fishy sort of smell. We opened windows and lit candles but it was hard to get the smell to fully go throughout the stay. We were very excited about using the spa facilities in this apartment, however we had a pretty negative experience of the spa overall. When we went down on the first evening, the hot tub was only lukewarm, and despite staying for an hour, it had hardly warmed up at all. The next day we went down earlier, as a fellow guest had said it had been warmer around 3pm and then cooled off into the evening. When we got down there it was still only just warm, and the sauna was also just heating up. After a while the temperate rose by about a degree and was at 35.5 degrees, however the chemicals in the water were so strong that all three of us were coughing, sneezing, and our eyes were watering from the fumes. We tried to push through and relax in the sauna and on the sunbeds, but after 2 hours our respiratory reactions were getting so severe that we had to just leave. Ours eyes and throats were stinging for the rest of the evening and we all agree to give up on the spa for the rest of the stay. Any time we went to try and alert a receptionist, no one was there to talk to, in fact we never saw a member of staff throughout our entire stay. The problems with the spa were disappointing as it is one of the main reasons we booked this apartment, and not only did we not get to use it to relax, it actually made us unwell! I'm hoping that they resolve these issues immediately for future guests, but I think if we return we will be looking for somewhere else in Szczyrk with a decent hot tub.
