Location is perfect equipment and room ok and on request owner has been very reactive.

Amazing location, on a street full of bars and restaurants, 2 minutes from a metro, 10 minute walk to the Spanish quarter and 20 minute walk to the centre. Owners were super helpful and had great communication over WhatsApp with instructions of how to get in the property and pre warning we would need 10 cents for the first time using the lift. (They provide the rest of the time but we used to stairs to make us feel better about all the pizza we ate). Yes it’s a little noisy but nothing like some of the reviews say, but you are staying in the heart of Naples!! Breakfast was lovely. It isn’t really a ‘thing’ so much in Italy but there was plenty, cereal, bread, spreads, cake, meats, juice etc! This is our second time staying here and certainly won’t be our last. Always have to get a room with a balcony to enjoy the views of the busy street (and the neighbours cats opposite!).

What a place! Amazing apartament right in the historic center of Naples, close to piazza Dante. You have metro 3 minutes from your stay or you can walk for 10 minutes and get in cable car and ride all the way for best view on Naples. Everything is close and owners are wonderfull and helpfull people. At the apartament you have everything you need - tasty breakfast (oh the cake!), excellent coffee, juice, fruits - and it's all refilled every morning. Our room was cleaned everyday. I can't recommend it enough - just book your stay and fall in love with Naples like we did <3

You need to have 10 cent to go up and down with the elevator, which is quite necessary because the B&B is at the 4th floor.

The apartment was fresh and clean and wonderfully appointed. It was so nice to have everything provided for breakfast including a wonderful espresso maker! From the communication before we arrived to the specific instructions of how to check in, (including leaving our luggage so we could sightsee), our hosts were kind and accommodating! even though Napoli is a lively city, the apartment was quiet at night and we slept well. But our favorite thing was the neighborhood! The apartment is right near Piazza Bellini which has many cafés and restaurants and is a wonderful starting point to explore the city. Nearby is the archaeological museum, the Duomo and Sansevero. We enjoyed just wandering the streets and if we got lost, easy to catch a cab back! We highly recommend Le Quinte del Bellini! Ilaria and Roberto were excellent hosts.

The room was more than I was expecting, clean, confortable and beautiful. The location is super good, with a lot of facilities in the neighborhood. The self check-in was easy to do. And the breakfast was also super good.

Very central location - not far from the important sites in the city. Not far from the airport, breakfast includes pastries - spreads - jams - butter - toast - and orange juice which is constantly in the shared kitchenette with a coffee machine and quality capsules. Can be used for the entire length of stay. The availability of the owner of the place was fast and accurate.

Using the elevator to get to the fourth floor where the room is located, requires a 10 cent coin. The option to get to the fourth floor is to climb 80 stairs and with you coming with a suitcase it is not easy. In my opinion this figure should be noted when booking the room. It is also a central place, but on the same street there are pubs and lots of broken glass from the moment you go out on the street. Overall it is not terrible and do not feel the noise.

Apartment with very good location, ikea style, easy to understand with the owner, acomodation made entirely on phone texting, clean, average noise even if 1 building away from main road.

Low-medium wifi connection. Breakfast average (only packed sugary croissant and other dessers, yoghurt, juice, jam, let's say the butter and the tea were the only ones not from desset category) Bathroom towels changing only every 3 days and bathroom lack of towel hangers, bathroom noisy water refil every 30 seconds of usage. On colder days (5 degrees Celsius nights) only air conditioning on 30 is not enough for heating. No wall radiator or electrical. We had to pay 10 eurocents every elevator use, up to the 4th floor.

This was a charming little B&B in Naples. Situated conveniently close to the heart of the city, its superb facilities exceeded all expectations. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the sumptuous breakfast spread that left me eagerly anticipating each morning.
