The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean

I left something in my room, but when I left my luggage there after checking out and went to pick it up in the evening, they didn't tell me, so it took a bit of trouble afterwards. However, they decided to send it to Japan. thank you.

It was clean and comfortable..it was near in Taichung station..

Prepayment..they say that no prepayment needed..and they say that can I cancel my booking before July 19 11:59 and it was free..but I decided to cancel my booking 4 days before the required cancellation date I cannot cancel my booking..and they already charged my visa card..and before I stay in the hotel I pay again..I don't think so if they charged me again in my card..

It's near in the mall and train station..the room is very spacious..

The sofa and television..it's better if the television is in front of the bed..watching while laying at the bed at the same time..

Location is near of the station Taichung and fast food of KFC ,the room is clean and comfortable 👍

I like the room. Its comfy.

Their location is not exactly the same in the app when I use google map to find their hotel. And when we ordered food in Uber we have to look around outside. And also one of their staff/receptionist I can say has an "attitude", i left my card that I used to book the hotel, and while trying to explain she start yelling and she knew obviously that I can't hardly understand her because she doesn't speak English, and I only know a little mandarin, but she keep insisting me to give her my card. And later i found out that there someone their that can speak english and just said to pay cash. I felt bad. And I don't think of staying again in their hotel. And one more thing, the check in was between 15:00 - 11:30 so that's what we expect the time of our check out. Then suddenly like 5minutes before 11 their telling us that our check out time would be 11. So I insisted that what I knew was 11:30, then I checked my booking.com app, and I saw that they changed it to 15:30- 11:00. 😔 so we have to hurry. That's why I'm very disatisfied.

There was a left hair on the towel There was no enough toilet paper The hotel staff on the night shift was not approachable and being rude to me They chose to talk to themselves in their local language and didn't being nice. But the on day shift was different she was nice and approachable Never going back again.

Nothing. The hotel room is very old and small and the bathroom is very dirty and worn out. It was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay that we decided to check out earlier (though paid full for 3 nights stay)

the air conditioning is very bad and the staff are not very welcoming
