We love the location and the amenities! We have two toddlers so having a pool, beach and playground all on the premises is great! We also love that they have family rooms which offer a separate sleeping area for the kids. The basketball court was a huge hit with the kids too! They offer grills and picnic tables which were perfect for cooking and staying on premises with the kids. The view is beautiful, the kids loved seeing the Minne HaHa pass by every day. The fire pits on the beach and music were a great way to end the day. My 4 year old was ecstatic to hear them play Taylor Swift on one of our last nights she danced her heart out while we enjoyed the fire.

The porch had raised boards which both myself and my kids tripped on. The barn door in the kids room did not stay closed so we had to stick a towel in the door to keep it closed at bedtime. The toilet seat was extremely loose so my 4 year old cried because it would pinch her legs every time she had to use the bathroom. We lost power for an entire day, we were disappointed the hotel did not have a generator for those situations.

The beach, pool and cafe area were really great amenities to have on property, especially for families. The staff was very nice, professional and accommodating to all of our needs. The room was clean and comfortable.

The one issue we encountered was that the bathroom was not quite safe in terms of balance and level. The floor sloped noticeably but the more difficult part was the tub - without a grab bar and/or friction pads on the bottom of the tub, the very narrow slippery tub floor proved to be daunting for a shower. Please consider adding some safety features to the shower stalls and tub floors.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Location was perfect for town and was close to highway which we needed quite a bit for the stuff we wanted to do. The steamboat that goes by plays music like the old Mikey Mouse cartoons which was really cool.

Bar was only open till 8 and yet the pool was open till 10...didnt make sense should of been the opposite. Parking was a little chaotic with how you can park wherever, had to park away from my room because someone else was always parked right outside my room. Also the Mushroom Waterfall thing didn't glow like the picture showed, very upsetting

It was a good family resort especially for the kids. The lake was great and the pool was clean. I like the fact that you could bring your own drinks and food. The fireworks display was great.

The prices were high in the cafe and it closed at 8 pm. On the night of the fireworks they could have stayed open later. The toilet bowl was for a 10 year old. There was no handle in the shower. There was no chest to put your clothes. There was no tissues to blow your nose. No phone in the room to call the front office.

the staff were immediately super welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean. towels and bins replaced daily. AC worked amazing after the hot days on the beach and walking around LG. free wifi worked well enough to watch movies online without any problems. the cafe provides amazing food and there’s an indoor bar with friendly and outgoing staff. pool lights up once dark which is so beautiful whether you want to go for a swim or just sit nearby for a meal. campfires nightly to enjoy warmth after sunset. accessible toilets in the room and on the beach. nice front porch in front of our room with two chairs and a table. 10/10, would definitely stay again.

The grounds were perfect for families. My children loved the pool, playground, and lake. Everything was clean and there were ample chairs to use. The basketball and volleyball courts were being used daily and the fire pits were a nice way to finish off the night. It was also nice there was a bar open on the property, which served good drinks at a fair price.

It wasn't a huge deal but the Lakeside and Lakefront rooms were a little misleading. The cafe was very overpriced for the quality of food. Also on a crowded Labor Day, they closed the cafe and the arcade very early with no warning. Also, I understand the staff not cleaning the rooms daily but they could have at least emptied the garbages in the room. They really just delivered new towels every day, walking right by overfilled trash cans. And this is a small complaint but maybe some more racks or hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels and bathing suits.

It has all the facilities of a resort ... pool, splash pad, child's play area, beach chairs and games on a sandy beach, chairs arranged around firepits, etc. An nice area for families and friends. We were there off season, but we saw that they also had canoes and kayaks available to rent. We had a very pleasant experience in the snack bar, on their property. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The town was in close proximity. We walked into town.

It was on a very steep hill. During our stay, the Wifi never worked. Each time that we asked, the office said that it would be fixed soon and that they would let us know, but it wasn't and they didn't.

The beachfront area is probably the largest private beach area in Lake George, there are plenty of beach chairs and loungers, there is a great pool area with plenty of tables and chairs, and a nice lounge area between the pool and lake with comfortable couches and umbrellas. The snack shack and bar are just a couple steps away from the pool, with an arcade if you have kids with you. There are kayak and other lake rentals right on the property. The rooms are clean and updated.

The lakeside view was awesome, the staff assigned us near the lake and it was good. They also allowed us to check in earlier and were able to accommodate my work. Check-out was also express since there were no staff in the morning. Overall, I would suggest with family and friends, especially for the winter holidays.

Saw some old used cups in our room, and littered small plastics which were really not a big deal for us. Probably the staff missed to thoroughly clean the entire room. Some services are unavailable, probably because it is off-season.
