Very clean, well kept, and an excellent hard working staff.

There were people on the floor above making ridiculous amounts of banging and running noises until about 11pm and then the noise started up again at about 6:45 the next morning. I know the staff shouldn't be requested to do policing duties, however this was some of the loudest noise I've ever experienced in a motel room and I just bit the bullet and lived through it. I didn't raise a complaint because it wouldn't have been fair to ask the hard working staff to police people who obviously don't know how to behave in a public setting.

The Cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Front desk staff were very friendly and wonderful. The food at breakfast was very satisfying.

The reason I didn't give you an excellent rating is because there was a lot of noise in the room above us. Kids kept running - I think the hotel should have been aware that families that have kids that will be running should not be put on second floor above someone. My husband and I had got away for the night because his mother had just passed away and we just needed a quiet space to relax but with the thumping upstairs didn't really help - but that may be why it was more frustrating to us then it usually would have been because we were just wore out and stress

It was very clean and breakfast was good.

There wasn't a bell at front desk to alert someone to come to front desk. So, had to wait more than a few minutes for someone to arrive.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN ACCEPT THE WINDOWS HAD DEAD BUGS ATOUND IT

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN AFTER WE GOT TO THE POOL, A WHOLE GROUP OF KIDS CAME IN AND THE AND SOME OF THEM WERE VERY RUDE - RUNNING AROUND SPLASHING EVERYBODY -VERY RUDE TO MY 2 GRANDCHILDREN SO MY GRANDKIDS WERE VERY UNHAPPY SO WE WENT BACK TO OUR ROOM AROUND 7PM WE WENT BACK TO THE POOL THE KIDS WERE STILL THERE ,WE WENT BACK TO OUR ROOM, LET THE KIDS SWIM INTHE MORNING RIGHT AFTER THEY ATE .....

Comfortable, accommodating, easy to access

Checking in was a nightmare. Worker at desk tried for an hour to check me in. I will not book through booking.com again. I will go straight to hotel website.

I had booked on line not through Hilton and my reservation did not come through on their side. They went above and beyond to accommodate me.

Heidi was awesome! Excellent customer service. Room was very nice. Awesome breakfast selection. Staff was terrific.

I didn't like the floor plan of the hotel but that is a tedious thing that can't be changed.
