Views are just to die for. Hotel located in unbelievable beautiful spot. Good swimming pool with a slide (kids loved it). Good value for a money breakfast and dinner. Very lovely receptionist (even with quite poor English she was very helpful). Good sized apartment, a bit dated but clean.

WiFi is really horrible. Strange rules in the swimming pool - men and boys can't wear swimming shorts. 🤔

Please be aware of out of season reception times ask before hand as we arrived and no one was there so we had a long wait till check in after a very long drive.

The location is spectacular. The rooms were comfortable.

This is just our experience. We were in Colmar and wanted to have dinner before reaching the apartment. With a lot of effort we managed to call and provide card details over the phone to pay because they couldn't bill the rooms onto the card provided online for booking. The rooms have to be paid for before 8pm to get the keys. No option for late checkin or not possible to pay during checkout.

Great Location, Tranquil

Food at dinner could have been better. We must have been the most unlikely family for room view. They couldn’t have been that busy to put us in the only room with next to nothing of a view 😔

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, the water in the swimming pool was too cold for children, so we couldn't use it. Also for the Sauna you need to make a reservation, what makes it complicated. Keep in mind that the bath is in an extra building, so you have to dress/undress because you need to walk outside. Due to the "energy crises", they don't heat properly... The free Wifi is extremly slow. If you want a proper connection, you need to pay (or use your mobile as hotspot).

We were only happy with kids activities after dinner & location is nearby to sky center.

Poor management and reception is not welcoming and helpful. Just considering how to charge on clients and no chance to make the payments during check out. We were stuck in the road regarding high snow that blocked the route,then we tried to call hotel reception to advise us but instead reception was not nice just said we can not help you and 2nd time I called did not respond to us at all. They cannot speak even in basic English so you are obliged to speak only in French. With delayed hours we reached hotel, then noticed that piscine in different place, hotel room in another place and reception & restaurants are separetly located which is not comfortable and disorganized. Shared photos mostly out of reality. We have not see the rooms are cleaned after we leaving the room and outside of hotel roads fully icing due to snow but no one removed the ice parts to avoid the damage. The games in the Kid center is out of date sometime jetons are being received without having any game. Very Disspointed!
