very loud rm. (noise from roadway and could hear neighbors, dog barking from other rms. bathroom so small door just misses hitting toilet. No fan in bathrm so humidity fills rm when showering. All lighting is very bright - one softer light in rm is needed so you can calm at end of very hard day: luckily found way out of flood zone, ravaged area after being trapped & seeing horrible circumstances from Helene -- resting was very hard due to stress and room circumstances. At hotel 3 nights - slept maybe 13 hr total during 3 nts due to noise. just sat in bed listening, tossing/turning. Maybe a partial refund is appropriate. - we did get to shower... Rm was clean (except for floor area by fan system - big pile of dirt, dust, cobwebs) Bed comfort was good - hip did not hurt for a night!

The beds are amazing. The room was very clean. Very easy check in process.

The room service menu is very limited with options I don't think the average person would like. There was a disturbance outside our room. It lasted almost an hour. I called the front desk to let them know. 25 minutes after the 1st call, I called again as they were still in the hall. I was told someone had been up to quiet the situation, but she would send them again. When the person showed up, the guest were in their room. He knocked on their door, told them there's a complaint about their noise. The guest says they'll quiet down & the hotel staff responded.....you are good. After he left it was still another 15 mins before they quieted down. This was after midnight.

The food tickets are silly. food service was awful. food choices were great but you had to spend money more money to get a breakfast. Make a buffet option and end the servers and ordering. Awful experiences with ordering and the 3 working were all rude! also being so close to the highway with traffic too loud. lack of items for coffee bar in room. no tea or cream was left for the coffee kcups

Very nice hotel, super comfortable, clean, cosy. The bed were super comfortable, all fluffy - the mattres, the pilows and the blanket. The breakfast was orderede by menu, super rich and tasty. The loby - very pleasant. There are also the outdoor pool. Really nice, safe place to stop by, when you were on the road.

Very close to highway, so the noice from vehicles can be hear.

I needed a spot to stay overnight while traveling and chose this hotel very quickly based on price and a few reviews. The Hotel exceeded my expectations for the price range. The rooms were clean, comfortable and pretty large. They have a bar that was open to 11 and seemed very upscale for the price. Also, they have a huge parking lot that could accomodate a small boat trailer I was pulling.

I liked the shower and how comfortable the bed was. The employees are very friendly too.

I wish the sun didn’t come through the curtains, it makes it hard to sleep in. Also, the walls are thin, we heard our neighbors snoring and talking and their dogs barking during the night and early times in the morning. That made it hard to sleep. I really wish there was a hot tub.

It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had a boutique feel. Loved the good parking area and the landscaping in front.

The location is right next to the freeway and you can hear every car that goes by. That being said though, if you have the ac on , the tv on , and close the room darkening drapes you cannot really hear too much. The bathroom was beginning to show some wear and tear. A touch up on the remodel needs to be done.

The room itself was clean and spacious. The breakfast that was offered was delicious. The bathroom was well lit and the shower head was great.

The bed was a little hard for my liking. There had been a stain on my sheet, which I did not bother reporting. It was late by the time I saw it.

It was a nice hotel and restaurant within.

There was an alarm clock that went off at 6 am‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ this was terrible as we didn’t get to bed until after midnight and wanted to sleep in before the long drive home. Room 401 please fix this so no one else gets a rude awakening please‼️‼️‼️

Spacious room, with amazing hot water for extended periods. Staff was friendly all the while up to her neck with others checking in.

The only downfall was one of the elevators was out of order so at times you had to wait a few extra minutes to get the elevator.
