Amazing view on the lake from the room. Room very nice. Fantastic breakfast. Great Spa area with several types of saunas, very warm pools and a sunbathing deck.

I would have loved the gym to be much better equipped. It's beautiful but could be more functional. Also, being able to access gym and pool only between 8 AM and 8 PM is a limitation, it would be great if one could access those before breakfast and until 10 PM for example. Also, It would be great to have some more separation, at least visual from the somewhat busy street when sitting in the garden of the hotel.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at the Hunguest Bál Resort. The breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and polite, always ready to assist. If you are a light sleeper, then this is the perfect place for you. Despite the room next to ours accommodating a dog, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet atmosphere of our own room. The beds were cozy and comfortable, although the pillows were slightly oversized for my preference. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for a tranquil getaway.

Although the beach was enjoyable, it would be great if priority for sunbeds could be given to hotel guests rather than non-guests paying an entrance fee.

I really enjoyed the buffett breakfast, and the indoor pool. The room was spacious and the cleaning service didn't disappoint.

The first room they gave me was way too hot, I asked to change rooms the next day. When i moved the new room didn't have a working bathroom door, it didn't shut. It says Air Conditioning in the ad but they only had heat. I had to rely on the windows to cool down my room. When I was there, they didn't have working water for an entire day, and they didn't discount my stay when I asked because I wasn't able to shower that morning. Luckily it only lasted half a day and I was able to get water after lunch.

The Family room is worth it with an amazing view. The interior is modern and furniture and fixtures are high calibre.

It's modern nice hotel with good internet, enough parking space... there were lot of guests but dining area was comfortable and never overcrowded. breakfast and dinner were very good. there is pedestrian bridge that lead you directly to the lake. On check in we didn't get room we paid for on booking so after we complained we got the bigger one with lake view - really nice and comfortable!

noone cleaned our room during 4th night stay, even if we put the signt on the door... spa is a bit small for the hotel capacity

The buffet for breakfast and dinner was great! Gluten-free food was always available and labelled. The room was really nice. Further, the hotel offers a great indoor pool with multiple aqua massage functions, a private beach at the Lake Balaton and various saunas.

Be careful for breakfast and don't ask for decaffeinated coffee, because only coffee from the machine is included in the breakfast price. Stains on the carpet in the room. 3 fitness machines in the complex with a bar. The parking lot is charged even though it is open type with a raised gate???

Staff was courteous and welcoming. Food was excellent and varied. Pool was good size and sauna had several options, all in great condition and clean. Plenty of private parking. Directly across the street from the walking and biking trails around Lake Balathon.

Very nice Hungarian food breakfast and evening meal. Great lager. Lovely views from the room. Close to centre of town. Quiet at night.

Location is great, short walk from the railway station. The hotel has its own beach, it was not crowded. The buffet dinner is excellent and so is the view from the sky bar.
