Breakfast was okay, room size good, and kept clean

Cost of Laundry, bit shocked at £30+ bill Pool boy could be more interactive, get off his game boy and maybe get a net and remove leaves from the pool now and then Beach is disappointing, you can’t swim in the sea as it’s not sand but sinking mud.

The staff are friendly, especially the staff at breakfast. I like the promenade at the back of the hotel along the beach and the swimming facilities. The Egg station at breakfast.

The hotel is starting to look old and will need a revamp soon. As a westerner there were limited options for breakfast: cheep processed meat: sausages and ham. No options of bacon, proper sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes or meat and cheese selections, or waffles or pancakes. The asian food options that were there, is not what I would normally choose for breakfast as much as I may like fried rice or garlic fried chicken, for me, they’re not for breakfast. However, I am aware that they are asia breakfast options!

Easy access to check in and out. Front desk was very helpful. Cleanliness and lobby.

I like the Omelette bar, but not much choice of ingredient to put in the omelette no much room or dice ham Or the typical stuff you have at the bar. Pancakes should be very easy to make, But it was so hard. We need someone there who is knowledgeable on entertainment in town The Chinese guests In the lobby are so loud with no Manners.

i loved the staff very polite and friendly the swimming pool was a little dirty eith leaves a stuff but ok

the room wasn't very modern the bathroom was a bit dirty (needed a deep clean) the shower flooded the bathroom so we were told to use the bath instead breakfast wasn't good for westerners my thai girlfriend loved it

The view from the window was really good. It was a sea view room. The rooms were interconnected so it was a good for a family stay.

The property is old, the furniture is very old style and not maintained very well. Windows were not clean enough to enjoy the view. Breakfast was not that great as options for vegetarians were limited.

The hotel was nicely located with sea view and overall nice view from top floors. But the breakfast was only chinese / Thai menu. They can keep international buffet. Rest all ok and perfect with all facilities.

Breakfast was good the staff where polite the place was nice and clean very peaceful

The hotel was far from the city and travelling on buses was hard to get places because of fast traffic on the roads and haveing to pay for the hole bus price for 2 people, And when you get a taxi is expensive and some drivers will go the long way to make it more cost,the hotel hot water was not very hot in the day or night for bath or a good shower ,It seemed to me because the hotel was not many people there they wanted to save on there electric bill also was told not to use the aircon over the main window in the day only at night just use there hotel one that was not powerful for the room as it was old the last 2 days they turned the one over the window of so could not use

Staff were lovely. Pool area was well maintained. Visit the market to the North, lovely walk along the sea front and great food. Nice beach, lovely breakfast.

It was all nice. I would have liked the snooker room and bar to be open though as advertised.

We liked the lovely big wimping pool, even though it could do with a bit of attention and some care and attention to details.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location the hotel was convenient with lots of restaurants within a short walk. The pool was clean and beautiful

The cafe/restaurant inside the hotel took way too long for food and drinks, had to wait 30- 40 minutes' wait time for food and drinks after ordering
