A very comfortable hotel with an interesting addition with the comics in the foyer. Great breakfast. Located conveniently to shopping mall leading into train station. Staff very helpful when we tried to book an extra night which happened to be a Saturday night.

To book an extra night we had to go online for any discount prices. Staff at the desk couldn’t match the price and Saturday night more than double the price we paid for our booking. It seemed a clumsy process and we didn’t feel like there was any consideration that we were continuing our stay at that hotel. Lacked ‘loyalty’ to the guest. Staff were apologetic!!

The location is just off central, and near many local restaurants, bars and entertainment outlets as well as petrol kiosks. I was fortunate to get a parking spot and I liked that I could pay up front to secure the slot for my stay. The manga collection on ground floor was a nice unique touch.

The room felt a little cramped. There were some roadworks nearby that meant certain roads were closed at odd times and that made driving in / out a little challenging, or roundabout. There was only full room cleaning on certain days of the week.

The unique thing about this hotel is that it has a library of comic books. A guest is allowed to borrow up to 5 books, at no charge, in the duration of ones stay. I borrowed an English version of "Spy Family 1" and finished it before I checked out. The Shin Shine ramen outlet is just in the street behind the hotel, a bonus. Shopping and eating is not a problem in this area.

Breakfast only starts at 6.30am. Did not know this and had to miss my paid breakfast when I had to change plans and catch an early train.

location is good, there's a few Yatai street food located just across the hotel, 3 mins walking to the train station. Convenient store surrounded the hotel, but hotel does not have parking. You need to go to other car parking facility and pay, quite expensive.

When checking in the male staff was very rude. It's quite unusual to find rude Japanese staff, they are usually very friendly, polite, and very helpful. However, other than him, other staff are very nice and super helpful. Also, the room is very tiny, but comfortable enough.

Decor of room is very modern. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Overall everything looks clean and well maintained. Location was near a mall and access to underground mall. A number of yatai near hotel which is a plus for us. We enjoyed our yatai dinner very much.

Instruction on how to get to hotel was misleading. The exit to take from train station was referring to exit at underground mall and not train station. We ended up taking a long time to find the hotel unnecessarily.

Well located hotel: close to the metro and has a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. Room was nice and clean with good sound insulation (we did not hear our neighbors).

As at all other hotels in the summer, it was not possible to sleep without AC on, and it was noisy, so earplugs are needed. Room had several LEDs that were very bright and the light from the hallway was visible underneath the door, which made it a bit hard to sleep.

I really like the hotel - I wish I could read Japanese to read all the books they have in the lobby <3 The room is really nice and quite big in my personal opinion. The location is also very nice, very near to shopping malls and quite central. You can take a bus / metro to the central station, so it's very very convenient. And since it's behind the street, it's also quite at night so you can have a good night sleep!

Location is convenient, close to subway, bus stops, surrounded by malls and many restaurants. The room is clean, bed is comfortable. Staff are nice. Safety is secured as you can only enter the floor of you room with the provided access card.

The smoking room at the G/F is close to the reception, lobby, where people have to go through each day. The strong smoke smell at the lobby is not very nice.

The room was a tad small, yet I would say it was cozy. Also, its location is really great. It's close to Tenjin station, Tenjin stall street (やたい), Tenjin underground shopping mall, and department stores. There is an Uniqlo building nearby as well. Bottom line, I reckon it was quite good value for the money. Plus, receptionists are nice.

That was a dinky room, but it was a trivial matter. I slept profoundly well.

Stayed for one night in Fukuoka. Central location and easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. Metro stop is very close by. Room was clean and comfy. On the morning of my checkout I was feeling ill and wanted to see a doctor to get something checked. As I don't know Japanese, searching for a clinic was difficult. The staff member at the front desk was super kind and helpful in searching for me a nearby walk-in clinic that was open on Sundays. Was able to get things sorted quickly thanks to the wonderful staff at the hotel!
