Breakfast was nice. Jacuzzi and Spa area was nice, but there should be somebody, who could keep an order there as one family "took" the Jacuzzi for themself and there was no chance to use it. Hotel in general is and looks very nice. Room was warm and had a nice view. Bar and bartender very good.

Breakfast area put together with tea and coffee was very small, so there was always a queue. The little thing is a staff in reception that dont acknowledge guests at all. No good morning or good evening. They dont even look at you until you come and specifically ask for something.

The hotel was close to the thermal baths and the slopes. The evening restaurant food was great and we had a great time sampling the local vodka 😋 Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The games room was a nice touch to have a game of pool, table tennis and table football. The gym is a tad small but perfectly useable with all the equipment you need. The ski storage area was great too. We don't generally go back to the same place twice but I'd be tempted here as it was perfect.

The breakfast wasn't brilliant, but OK. Plenty of food but mainly things like meat/cheese etc which is not something we would normally have - although there was cereal and fruit. Don't let this put you off coming here though as it was only a minor niggle.

Great restaurant, utilities and general mountain style building. Nice fun room for children, there are many toys that our daughter really enjoyed. Mostly nice staff, with the exception of women receptionists.

On the first night we arrived there were loud people voices coming from the hall at night, therefore we couldn't sleep well. There is a gap under the entrance door and we heard all the coming voices for around an hour. The second night was better.

A very nicely decorated hotel with great value for money in a superb location little of the main street. Good spot for exploring the surroundings. We had an amazing view on the Tatra mountains from our room and balcony. The Spa was very charming with Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam bath. Everything was quite new and exceeded our expectations. Also the breakfast had a huge selection and good quality.

We loved everything! The hotel itself is beautiful, staff very helpful and friendly, always going extra miles, spa facilities lovely, breakfast and main restaurant making delicious food. It is only 5mins walk to the slope and to the Bania Thermal pools. Beautiful views over the Tatry mountains. We will be back. Thank you so much!

The hotel should definitely have more than 3-stars, it deserves at least 5! Best location, facilities, clean and so comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were extremely satisfied and impressed, definitely coming back!

There was nothing to dislike.

We had an excellent stay, the staff was very nice and helpful. The facilities (gym, sauna, game area) went above our expectations. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect for the ski lift.

The only negative thing I could mention is the lack of room service. They only brought new waters, changed the mugs and bathroom rug daily. Would have been nice if they changed the trash and regular room service like the bed and towels :)

Honestly, I don't know how it's a 3-star hotel. The food, staff, and facilities were superb. I had worse experiences in 4-star hotels before. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There were not many food choices, but less is more sometimes. Everyone could find what they would like.

The hotel is gorgeous, positioned in walking distance from Termy Bania. The views from the balcony are picturesque. Rooms are elegant, fully equipped, very clean (well done "drużyna RR") and give a feeling of high quality. Throughout the common areas, rooms and restaurant you can see a high attention to detail with the decor. The mix of wood and metal features is in the right balance and gives amazing feeling of high quality. The reception, bar and restaurant staff are very friendly, supportive and polite. The breakfast menu is comprehensive and delicious. The evening meals are very good and prepared with care. We had a friend meeting of 10 people and could get a table together for each meal, making our stay even better. There is enough car park spaces outside the hotel. The photos on the advert show how stunning the place is - and what you see on the pictures is what you get... and more. We didn't manage to use the sauna, as too little time was spent in this beautiful place, but it's a good reason to come back there again.

very close to the ski resort, had very good storage and equipment dryer. The food was delicious and the bar served a veraity of drinks. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and the bad was comfortable. Parking lot was at the entrance, no problem finding parking.
