We liked the central location of the property. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were ALL pleasant and friendly. Very Helpful.

While during our stay a Fraternity Formal was scheduled at the property at the same time. We were unaware of the booking for the fraternity when we booked our stay. We would have stayed elsewhere or booked our room on a different date to stay at the resort. Just a bit too noisy for us. But, the staff (Heather) was amazing and relocated us to the opposite side of the resort!!! :)

We love that we can get a slip and leave our boat in and that all the restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. Our kids like kokomos.

The slips are a little pricey on top of room and resort fee. The doors could have been wiped down a little better in our room but we left it and didn't complain. It looked like several places had blood.

The location was perfect, close to everything, and it was clean. I enjoyed the pools and bar as well.

Being a resort, I felt the property does not give you a resort experience. For example, nobody to help with your suitcases, you have to turn in your id for a pool towel which, by the way, was not at the pool. You have to ask the lobby and consistently order your drinks at the bar nobody brings them to you, which would be OK, but you go up and down the stairs each time. Martini Bay had horrible food and one lousy waiter. When receiving our dinner, I asked about the appetizer I ordered, and he replied, “ you never got it because I never put the order in. I was too busy serving six tables.” Thanks Brian🤬

Perfect location,wish we had been closer to beach but completely ok with pools and short walk to beach.All the Staff were helpful,extremely friendly,anticipating your needs or wants. Pleasure to deal with them all. Love the idea of music and entertainment daily.

Could have gone any time other than Spring Break

Service was excellent. Arrangements for alternative venues for outdoor wedding due to rain were handled with swiftness and professionalism. Thank you.

Very loud people in the hallways late at night. Two night stay was disturbed each night very late - after midnight. People yelling in the hallways was very loud in our room.

Best location on river. Room was spacious and beautiful. The pool areas are very accommodating. I will return.

The pool with slide I thought was a good area for family and children. But it became a party pool with a lot of drunk young college students. You need to remove the sale of alcohol to the upper pool.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk from the function I was attending.

Arrived at the resort at 2:00 pm and cold not check in until 6 pm. Rooms were not ready. Also could use a small make up mirror in the bathroom, lighting is low.

Excellent staff and customer service from the front desk agents, security and housekeeping. The restaurant staff was also awesome- Martinis Bay

Bathroom and sofa bed wasn’t clean. The room smelled like mildew and stuffy. The property itself is outdated and needs upgrades inside and out.

This is a GREAT hotel...felt at home from the moment I walked into the lobby. Very friendly staff, wonderful accommodations. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Can't wait to return!!! This will be my Lake Havasu home whenever I visit.

Nothing, everything was excellent!

We had asked for a quiet room on the top floor and the staff was kind enough to honor that request. We had a beautiful, corner room that was very quiet and enjoyable. We also enjoy the location to stores, restaurants, etc.

Honestly, we liked everything about the resort.
