This apartment hotel was an awesome find at the very last moment. We were initially skeptical about booking it since it is about 15 minutes drive from the Medina and other attractions. However, we also needed a good night's sleep since we had arrived in Morocco just that morning and had long drives planned for the next few days. And we were going to enjoy Riad stays in Fes, Chebbi and Marrakesh. Choosing this instead of the Riads in the Medina therefore turned out to be a very good decision. We were able to cover the main attractions in Rabat during the day - Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, Kasbah des Oudayas and the Medina - and then check-in to the hotel in the evening. After an appetizing dinner at a restaurant nearby we retired to bed early to be ready for a lovely journey across Morocco. The hotel is in a nice quiet neighbourhood, new property, very well maintained, clean and slick. There are many upscale restaurant options just a few minutes walk from the hotel and the hotel serves a fulfilling breakfast in the morning. Mr. Jalan, the manager of the restaurant is a model host and most courteous. He made us feel instantly at home. Whenever we visit Rabat again, Makass Appart Hotel is where we plan to stay without any doubt and hope to meet up with Mr. Jalan again!

This hotel is great, it`s comfortable and well located. I was there for one week in the second week of December and everything was amazing. The appartments were clean and comfortable, nearbey theres a bunch of restaurants and café. The whole area is very clean and safe. The staff was were kind and helpful. I especially want to thank Galal for always helping me and my colleague. I will definitely come back. All the best, Stephanie

I liked everything about the property, from the professional staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the place. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities that cater to all your needs, and the breakfast was amazing, delivered right to our room.The staff was very friendly, and I especially want to thank Jalal for making this stay memorable for my family from start to finish. Great standard of service. The appartement was great, it’s brand knew, I makes you want to buy it.. Both people from reception (Ayoub & Jamal I think) were very hospitable, I could borrow a power adapter that belonged to the staff member.. Chokran bezaf !

It would been nice to have a gym & sauna in the building. Unfortunately they were construction nearby that we could hear … not the property’s fault tough

Everything. From the staff, to the room, to the location. We loved everything. I had booked this apartment for our honeymoon and the staff really went the extra mile. They decorated the apartment with rose petals, it was a beautiful touch. The breakfast was phenomenal and was delivered to our room. We had some appointments later on and couldn't make our checkout time but they allowed us to checkout an hour later at no extra cost. Exceptional service, we will definitely be back in the future!

I really recommend this apart hotel. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful (thank you again for the bed for my daughter). Apartment was perfectly clean, and had everything necessary even for long stays. I would say its perfect fit for families with little children because they bring you breakfast to the room. (just a little tip - some fruit or yoghurt would be nice too). City view was a big plus, I would stay again without a doubt.

A well thoughtout design of their facilities., spacious,comfortable and pristinely clean bedding. Jalal, the manager's professional and genuine attention to guest's comfort and relaxation, in my view is the magic ingredient. He anticipated my needs and managed my expectations brilliantly. Additionally, all support staff not directly related to customer care acknowledged me with a smile and a greeting. I tried to extend my stay there but unfortunately there were no vacancies.

The guest lounge was not yet operational during my stay.I had a glimpse at the plush decor. Looking forward to seeing it on my next visit

The best hotel we stayed in our 7 days tour through Marocco Set in a very nice and new area of Rabat, this apart hotel has everything you need for a short or a longer stay; Staff was kind and helpfull.The lady at the reception did her best to give us a room before check in time, as we arrived earlier. Free parking in front of the hotel is a bonus in the crowded city of Rabat Highly recommended

The service from the staff and manager Jalal is exceptional . As a traveller in a foreign country the staff all made me feel at ease the apartment was exceptionally clean and finished to such a high standard . I would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone who is looking for anywhere to stay in Rabat. It is close to all the amenities and easily accessible In such a prestige neighbourbood

One tiny elevator. Cigarette smoke. Dog barking at night. Very smelly refrigerator. Very small and crowded bathrooms. Furnitures not save for kids and even adults. Defective electronic entry system. No food room service but you can order thru Glovo.
