I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect, especially for those planning a trip to Disney, as it’s within walking distance of the Orange Outlet and surrounded by various restaurants, fast food options, and stores like BestBuy, Target, and Vons. The area is great and felt safe and convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to Disney during the day, which was incredibly helpful. They even provided vouchers for the shuttle, making our trips stress-free. The room itself was clean and modern, providing a comfortable space to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, this hotel offers great value, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great location. Right next to the Block at Orange. Plenty of dining and fast food options. Close to Disneyland and the Anaheim packing district. They had a great pool and restaurant downstairs that had good food that they served until 9:30pm.

The bathrooms were not as clean as they could be. There were hairs in the corner of the shower floor and it looked like it needed to be scrubbed down with comet cleanser. Also, we had a baby with us and our hotel was facing the UCI hospital. At night it was hard to sleep and put our baby to bed due to the loud sirens from the ambulances/police cars escorting them to the hospital. Not unbearable but if you are looking for peace and quiet I definitely would recommend not staying on that side of the hotel.

The hotel had large open areas, nice rooms, good selection of TV channels, plenty of delivery services, fast front desk staff for both check in and out, large restaurant area, breakfast vouchers for restaurant, many food delivery services, strong wifi, plenty if rideshare pickups, and was quiet.

The elevators use a smart system with no buttons inside and instead use a dispatch system which is very slow and inefficient when a lot of people are waiting. Getting to the front entrance from the street and back out is awkward and involves circling parking lot and tennis courts. The quick snack place was closed. The power outlets in room were inconveniently located. The shower seemed very low budget and was actually in a bathtub with low water pressure. By default no daily housekeeping service. Centrally located near highway but not close to anything for walking distance. Hotel shows up under different names under different rides share companies and sign lists both.

The location was very convenient, close to major attractions and near freeway. I especially enjoyed the bar in the lobby and the outdoor garden with fireplaces lit up at night. Helped to unwind after a long day of activities.

The sound insulation wasn't adequate, and even though I had a room at the end with only one adjacent room, I could still hear all the plumbing noises at night. Other than that, I was assuming an in room refrigerator for the type of hotel, so that was a little disappointing.

The location and cleanliness were great. The room and bed was comfortable. There’s Starbucks in hotel. Plenty of elevators for when it’s busy.

The staff was rude. Check in staff didn’t tell us what floor our room was on we had to ask security by the elevator doors. We decided to get some water at the little shop by the entrance and the girl huffed like she was upset she had to attend to people. She didn’t greet us just rang up the waters and asked for our money. It wasn’t very welcoming. Also it’s weird that the premium room, which you pay more for, didn’t have a mini fridge but the deluxe room did.

Location is close to everything. A lot is sitting areas. Clean. Cookies at check in - kids loved that! Toiletries were upscale and in fuller sizes for my family's use. The Peel (their restaurant) was pleasantly delicious.

Pool was very small and fully shaded by 3 pm. This made the jacuzzi a bit too crowded- even at 90 degree weather. Bed wasn't comfortable but very clean.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past & really like the rooms, location & staff.

If there was one thing I wished could be improved it would be the opportunity to find something to eat after 10 p.m. We were moving our daughter into her dorm at Chapman University & it was a very long, hot & busy day. We checked in late (9:30 pm), we were starving & wanted something to eat. Well, the restaurant at the hotel closed at 10 & the store was closed as well. So all they had to offer were snacks from a cart which we could buy. They didn't allow deliveries which I can't remember the reason why.

The hotel had a large clean lobby and very friendly front desk staff who were quick to check me in. The room was large and nice and had a good view if the city. The TV was ultra high definition and watched it from a comfortable chair. The AC was adequate and the bed was good as well.

The elevators use a system where you select a floor on a central panel before going into elevator and it assigns you one. This system was very slow and often wasn't sure if I selected correctly. There was also a chess tournament while I was there so common areas and elevators were full so when the elevator did show up it could be full.

Weekend trip for baseball. The location and view from our room was perfect. We were 5 minutes from the Angels parking lot. Beautiful new bar in the lobby! Great place to hang out after the game

This is my second stay at this hotel and it still doesn't have microwave or fridge. Stayed for a convention and had to live out of an ice chest for 4 days. They need to step this up.
