The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Modern amenities, plenty of dishes and cutlery. Water pressure was great. Washer and dryer included in the room. Ability to walk from the room into the pool was awesome. Terrific proximity to the beach.

The in-room wifi seemed to be heavily throttled when in use. I noticed amazing speeds for a small amount of time then the connections dropped to very slow. Also seemed to not support linux devices as my steamdeck was not able to maintain an internet connection whilst my ipad and iphone were perfectly fine. Got around this by hotspotting my steamdeck.

Accommodation is about 5 minute drive from the main town. It has a mini kitchen with all the utensils we need. Along with a fridge, portable cooktop. The one bedroom was big enough for 2 adults 1 child. They had a BBQ on site. It was about 300m walk to an unmanned offleash beach where you can walk to get to the main Agnes Water beach side. Love that the pool is beside the accommodation. Kids can just jump in and out easily. There are 4 pools on site, 2 of them heated. Easy check in and check out process. There is a dryer and washer on site. Water pressure adequate.

One bedroom apartment was above our expectations and excellent value for money for a resort style apartment. The bedroom had a "wow factor"! Roomy and the pool was just outside where you could just hang out or do laps! The caretaker was excellent when we told him we had broken a glass and when we had to come back to the property after checking out as we had left something behind. Good having a carport to shelter our car.

There are owners that live in the apartment complex so you are going to hear a little bit of background noise from a tv or radio if windows are left open

The resort was clean , well manicured and the pools looked inviting. Gary , the manager, was always doing those little things/ jobs, to keep the place looking SHARP. King Beds and double showers provide the opportunity for couples to be together again. We had room 45. The decor is 'beach house' with white furniture, blue lounge and an assortment of ropes, shells and driftwood. Outside, A Cane table and lay lounge, overlook the heated pool and manicured BBQ area. It was a great 4 day escape.

The room was beautiful, right by the pool.

The lady in the office rang me twice. Once when I initially booked and then again a week out from arriving to confirm the ages of people staying in the room. Was quite rude about me using booking.com to book the accommodation. Asked if I would be also going and if we were schoolies, even though school was not yet out and the ages of the kids were varying from 16 to 8. All of the information required was entered in booking.com when I booked.

Well appointed villa, located beside a heated pool area with a pleasant outlook. Very clean and airy. Really comfortable bed, adequate furniture and kitchen was small but functional. Ceiling fans and air conditioning were good as was the large TV with extra programmes. The outdoor patio had seating and table for 4 it also gave direct safe access to the pools . Washing machine and drier were supplied and a good double shower unit.. Gary the manager, was very helpful and attentive.

Cooker top and oven was in a cupboard, too big for us to lift out (we are elderly). There was a microwave which was all we needed. The dining setting was lovely but the settings were high stools and high table which proved difficult for us to use.

The apartment was as advertised. Clean and comfortable and had most of what we needed. Quiet. Had a pool area we did not use

The instructions were very explicit that we should not leave any dishes or there would be an extra charge. There were no extras in the kitchen apart from a few sachets of tea and coffee. Obviously did not expect us to cook. Some basic condiments like oil and salt and pepper would be useful. Only 7 day servicing so if staying 6 nights, no extra linen

For the money and Garry the caretaker (who even remembered my name) was brilliant. pools, quietness and external areas were great.

Beds too hard. Some internal maintenance, like the locks and sliding doors need maintenance. One of the dining chairs gave way on my wife when she sat down and she only ways 60kg wringing wet. I put it back together. I went to tell Garry of the incident as I was leaving, but he was too busy. Furniture needs maintenance or replacement.

Great location close (walking distance) to beach and close to Agnes Waters and 1770. Unit was self-contained with everything needed for cooking and washing for an extended stay. The unit was clean and tidy and big enough and comfortable for a couple. P.S. We left a piece of clothing in the room when we left, which was posted back to us, so that was a good effort.

Bed was a bit soft, personal preference only, though.

Pool was warm and great to use. Rooms were generally clean and comfortable. Bed - Mattress was great

Couch wasnt very comfortable and the bathroom window shone light into the bedroom meaning we were awake at 5am. The light was from an internal street light and there was no way of blocking it. Crockery wasnt very clean , needed washing before use
