Lovely hotel in gorgeous village setting. Garden and pool stunning. Staff excellent.

In one of the most romantic dining rooms overlooking the garden and the lovely valley below, why do they play loud American rock and roll music?! Found it very grating and surprising as everyth8ng else is so tasteful.

The pool, the room, the grounds, the air of sophistication, the location. These were all wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I had expected some mustiness, and while there is a distinct air of old fashioned decorum and standards, it's been updated in a charming way.

Unfortunately, and while I wish I could say otherwise, the dinner we had at the restaurant, while lovely in terms of the ambiance and setting, was average at best, in my opinion at least. The breakfasts were quite good though.

We liked very much the location, view, stuff is super nice and helpfull, breakfast that we had was good (more or less everything as usual), queen size bed was comfortable, cleanlyness, parking right next to the hotel... But the best thing is the garden. Just amazing. We are sorry we could not use it (end of November). Next time 🤗

The only thing that we have been a bit dissapointed about 5 star hotel was the maintanance of the room. I have to admit we were not in the most expencive one, but still should fit 5 stars (walls, wardrobe, bergere upholstery).

Staff was approachable, accommodating, and actively anticipated our needs, rooms were close and perfect for our stay, food was great

Service at formal restaurant. We clearly had a trainee who was not yet ready for being alone in a place like that. We arrived at the last sitting and the whole experience felt rushed, tired, and sloppy.

generally a nice atmosphere. the hotel is quite well maintained and the staff is present and well trained. Beautiful garden and view.

the room rather dated, the primary services for a hotel of this level are missing, such as a coffee machine, kettles, a quality bathroom set. For example, the hairdryer is 30 years old (you can't!) The breakfast is of a low standard, a poor buffet, 3-star stuff... Absence of a high-level menu for the bar (only the restaurant works).

It was a wonderful stay. The initial impression was there the hotel might be a bit dated, but we had a wonderful time. Asolo was a lovely town with some nice food options.

The only real complaint was the wifi was terrible. Almost non-existent.

The hotel is very beautiful and the location is fantastic. Rooms are very comfortable and very well furnished. Staff is brilliant and does everything possible to accomodate the guests.

Unfortunately the restaurant was a big disappointment. We went with very high expectations but the food was really unsatisfactory. This is a shame because the floor staff is great.

The hotel has an old world charm with quiet music, warmly decorated rooms and lots of antique furniture. Stunning views from the garden and blissfully quiet.

Parking the car had to really be done by the hotel staff and it was expensive at £25 a day. Our original room was tiny so we upgraded but at a cost.

The view is extraordinary. The garden was just as beautiful as I was led to expect! Breakfast was always delightful and I cannot compliment the staff enough. Camilo at the front desk is a gem. He made my arrival perfect when we encountered a tiny hiccup. Kudos!

For the price of the rooms I would have expected a little extra given the hotel knew we were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday! A bottle of Prosecco or even just a card would have been a nice touch! Also again for the sort of price we paid some complementary water in the room would have been nice! Also parking charges were excessive!
