The hotel offers a good breakfast with various foods, which they change daily (at least for my two-night stay). You can also use a washing machine to wash your clothes while staying there, but you need to bring your washing liquid (front-loading machine), which is obtainable from the closest Lotus Store.

The closest convenience store is a couple hundred metres away, which may not be that convenient. The location is not in the centre of Ayutthaya, which may not be accessible from many tourist spots. However, it should not be a deal-breaker if you are going out in the morning and returning in the evening.

While the hotel might be slightly farther from the main sightseeing areas, Ayutthaya generally has manageable traffic. If you have a car, this shouldn't be a major concern, and the hotel's location could even be a plus for those who prefer a quieter environment.

Not tourist oriented. I had emailed ahead and asked for a guide. They replied: "Local guide not has revice, but the local driver tuk tuk they are know the place and history is very well, we are can call tuk tuk for your when traveling of the city" When we wanted to go sightseeing they sent us in a tuk tuk with a driver who knew no English. Managed to get to the Tourism Authority of Thailand office where they connected us with a guide who took us around after 2 hours. However it defeated the purpose of staying in Ayuttaya: to get in early before the day trippers arrive.

I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I forgot my insulin in the refrigerator in my room. The maid saw the insulin, realized its importance to me, and notified the front desk. The woman at the front desk telephoned us immediately. We had driven half way to Bangkok and were unable to return to retrieve my medicine. The woman at the front desk mailed the insulin to our destination hotel. I believe she paid the postage herself. That’s excellent service.

Large and clean rooms, good beds and friendly staff. Breakfast offers wide variety of differend foods. Swimmingpool is nice and so is the bubblebath.

Be prepared you need to take a ride to visit touristic places. Cost for transport are low, so not causing issues for us. In our room (8th floor) we could hear a lot of car-noise. We have no problem with this but be prepared if you are sensitive for this. We requested a bed for our 3yo. This had to be arranged after we checked in while we asked already during our reservation.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Fast WiFi, helpful staff, good breakfast. Hotel seems to have good facilities, although we just stayed one night so didn’t get to use them all. Overall, excellent value for money. Would stay there again.

Location is on the edge of town with not much around, although it’s a quick taxi ride to the centre so not a big deal. WiFi is limited to three devices per room.

Nut & Nan at reception are nice, very friendly & helpful, one of them even walk to the door & welcome us to the check-in counter. We get the room upgrade to 2 bedroom as they see that we are a family travelling. The room is so comfortabe, aircon & water pressure are working so good! Really like it!!! Breakfast line is also good, lot of food..

Nothing that we don't like

Absolutely loved my stay here, stayed an extra 2 nights. Restaurant was excellent, must try the chocolate brownie for dessert 🍨. Pool, gym which was good for me. Big thank you to all the staff for making my stay enjoyable and of course Ayutthaya is still a lovely place to explore 😊

Lovely hotel with an amazing view on the city ! Great location, nice and clean spacious rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and great facilities. Everything was perfect with such an amazing vibe. We highly recommend it when staying in Ayutthaya and would definitely be happy to come back. Thank you so much to the full team 🙏🏻
