The staff are very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great and the spa treatments were very nice.

The location is very much beautiful and very quiet I liked that,and the food were exceptionally beyond my expectations,every was perfect for me and my partner.

I expected the jacuzzi to be there because I saw it on the advertisement in the internet.

Friendly staff. Lovely, atmospheric setting. Comfortable beds. Spacious accommodation. Excellent food (my sister, who had visited the Lodge before), had told me that the vegetarian burger was the best she had ever tasted anywhere, and I was not disappointed. The breakfast was delicious too - mouthwatering omelette and a good range of items to choose from.

The TV worked fine, but it took some time to work out how to change the channels, as one couldn't use the remote control for this. Two of the very dilapidated bedside lights failed, one disintegrating and tripping the power. The staff were quick to restore the power, but the bedside lights couldn't be repaired at that time of the evening as it would have needed an electrician.

The place was neat and the view was excellent.thank you for the heater in the room yoh it was cold and the heater came in very handy. Couldn't take a walk so I can say much about other areas but id love to come back for more exploration

The bedding..and I wish even those other shallys which is without breakfast and self catering should at least have a microwave..and the plastic chairs😲they break easily and it'll end up being on customers expense. But nonetheless I enjoyed my stay under unfavorable weather conditions

The view is wonderful, the pool is a very good add to the lodge, I like the fact that it was self catering but also that we can go to the restaurant if we want to.

They should have taxi from the lodge for the people that aren't coming with their own car so that can still travel around. My husband and I got a rash on our 2nd day of our stay due to the chemicals that they're using for cleaning the bedding.

The location is good and is a nice place to be . Unfortunately were in a self catering facility but the fact that there was no those sachets like sugar , milk etc we were dissapoited .but I recommend the place. jaaa

I didn't like the fact that when it comes to a jaccuzi we were very much dissapoited since it was my target but only find that we have to book 24hrs in advance so we realized it won't be possible since it was already Saturday and we had to check out the next morning. please inform us during check in.

The view is so nice. The place is very neat.

The location

I was booked right in front of the trampoline and it was constantly frequent of adults bouncing on it making excessive noise even in the late hours. The was no consideration or rules to protect us from the loud noises from the people using the trampoline which was very close to our chalet. Beside that it is a very good place.

The bar and the food was amazing and chalet beautiful and clean and view was amazing

The chalets we were in, the toilet 🚻 was very confined, making it difficult for us to use it seriously.The beds were solid like a stone, and the couches were not comfortable at all.

We did not have breakfast but we had dinner.The food was excellently cooked and fresh.The chef took his time to ensure the taste and the smell were very good. The view was great and the room was looking good.T

The pool area need some maintenance in order to keep visitors happy. The braai areas need to be cleaned on regular basis.
