Breakfast was good plenty to choose from

Had 2 get exstion for double scooter and leave it out side as they only had space for single ones

Port Fiesta allowed our first time in Benidorm to be relaxed, fun, and overall stress free Breakfast style buffet was really good The room was clean Great location very close to old town benidorm Friendly and helpful staff The cleaner was nice and tidied the room surprisingly quick Variety of entertainment throughout the week Loved being able to topless sunbathe I would recommend and looking forward to returning 😊

Would prefer double bed rather than two single beds as they kept sliding apart. Could be more vegetarian items available for dinner. The elevator was a bit slow Couldn't adjust room temperature Despite these few hiccups, I would say Port Fiesta is well worth the money

We stayed here for ten nights with all inclusive in a modernized double room. We had the room on the 1st floor next to the pool, but the noise from the pool was not disturbing, the windows insulate very well. The room was clean, the impeccable towels changed daily. The food was quite good, at lunch and dinner there were always at least two dishes of fish besides chicken and meat. For all inclusive we found a wide range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. When we left early in the morning, we received a packed breakfast.

You have to pay for the safe key and I thought it was included.

Absolutely spotless, staff cleaning all the time. Our roof was comfortable, with the most amazing shower hot & strong. Huge selection of food for breakfast The pools are lovely, we used the one on the roof as it was a sun trap up there. The location was a short walk from the beach & about 10/15 mins from the old town, we felt the area was very much a place for the Spanish to holiday, I think we were a minority being English in the hotel & they were older people we were perfectly happy with that as no loud hen/stag groups. There was entertainment in the evening, we caught the end of it, when we got in, they looked like they were having fun. We did walk to the new strip about 30mins ( mother & daughter 54 & 23 ) we like walking, so not a problem for us & I prefer the old town anyway. Easy to get to the seafront & walk all the way along, which we did both ways. We also got a tram to Altea ( tram about 10 mins up the hill & €2.50 return ) worth doing, pretty village. Market on the way to tram on a Wednesday ( food, clothes, household )

Hard to find anything, we couldn’t have breakfast on our last day as our transfer was early - wish it started at 7.30 not 8 but that’s being picky

Rooms are really nice, had a balcony and the shower was amazing. Fresh towels everyday. Pool is brilliant too. And the all inclusive was worth the money. Nice cocktails and Amstel beer on draught. The staff where really nice and helpful. Hotel was really quiet at night also.

Some of the hot food during meal times weren't great. I no you can't please everyone all the time.but I there was only one night where there was chicken. The sausages and eggs in the morning was disappointing sadly. The food that I did eat was nice and made it worth my while going all inclusive. The desserts where lovely too.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Food Was good and no issues getting drinks on AI.

Snacks outside lunch and dinner were nuts and crisps from a tub behind the bar. Worst part was the other guests. The elderly Spanish were horrible(a few were an exception) they look you up and down, you can tell when thy talk about you, push past and knock into you and push into lines for food, drinks and at reception. The evening entertainment is just for the Spanish who love to line dance and didn’t even give up when there was a singer on!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. On arrival the staff at reception were very friendly answering any questions we had. The room was modern and looked to have been recently refurbished with a very clean shower room with a toilet, bidet and sink. The room was large enough for two of us and had two single beds a kettle and TV. We had a hotel housekeeper in everyday with the towels changed as often as we wanted. We had a small balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the pool. The location of the Hotel is excellent only a few minutes walk to the old town. We didn't use either of the hotel swimming pools or the gym so cant comment on those. We were staying half board and the restaurant was really good with plenty of food and lots of choice. Each evening the food was slightly different giving variety. During the night I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was in the room. If I return to Benidorm I would stay in the hotel again.

Everything was great

Very clean and comfortable, good sized rooms. Friendly staff, good entertainment and children's activities. Great choice of food, regularly replenished, normal 3 star buffet style. Always found a sunbed when needed. Staff seen cleaning all day. People have complained about lots of Spanish, I would say it was around 80-90% Spanish and the remaining are other nationalities including English, but this is Spain and the Spanish are usually very polite if you are too.

Pools on the small size for amount of rooms during peak season. Rooms not soundproof so can easily hear people returning to their rooms late at night.

Quiet hotel, you can relax. Very good food, a variety of dishes for lunch and dinner, even though we were out of season. Great thing about the pool on the 5th floor. Close to the center and transport to all major tourist attractions (bus ticket approx. 1-2 euros!!!! cheap). Close to beaches and lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. We were there for the 3rd time. I recommend it : )
