Loved the breakfast, so many options to choose from. I travelled with my kids and they couldn’t wait to wake up and go to breakfast. The hotel is very quiet, so when you do want some rest, you are not disturbed by outside noise or other guests in the hotel.

The website and reviews state that the bus for Venice is just around the corner. The bus stop is a good 15 min walk from the hotel (fast paced), and at night the street lighting is not that great, so returning to the hotel past 10 pm is a bit scary with two children.

The staff was courteous and attended to the enquiries and requirements. The rooms and washrooms were clean. Locationwise also , it is well connected to venezia Mestre train station and Venice through Buses. Terraglio teano bus stop is at a walking distance.

The Hotel provided only 2 water bottles for a family of four i.e. for the first day only. So, if I book rooms on 2 consecutive days ,separately, I may get more water:)..no distinction between number of members also, same for 2 bed/4 bed room.....pointed this out as we had completely different experience in Holiday inn in Rome.....something to ponder about for Novotel. Also, lotions and moisturizers were not available and even for available things like dental kit etc. one had to go down to the reception to get these things . Ideally, these should be supplied upto the rooms.

We booked this hotel last minute because our return flight was cancelled and it was the best decision we made. They gave me an offer and discount for booking an extra night. The food was amazing! I recommend the margarita pizza and fries! Soo good. The staff were so so kind and polite they gave me directions to local places I needed to visit they changed our room when my son was sick and I was feeling sick from the smell and were so helpful with anything else we needed. They have electric bikes right outside that you can hire and cycle around we used them to go to a local high street/shopping centre it was 10 mins away by bike and lovely and very classy. There is also a Lidl literally 2 min walk away and they were really helpful let us hang out at the hotel after checkout for 8 hours because our flight was 1am and kept our bags stored for us free of charge. They really made a stressful situation so much better and I am very grateful to the staff for that. The hotel is clean the bathrooms are very clean and I have no complaints. They also have a lovely pool we didn’t use it but say around it a lot and it was a lovely chilling area.

Nothing, honestly and genuinely it was a great great hotel.

We loved the location, close to the airport, 10 kms to Venice. Also close to a mall where you can have lunch or do some shopping. The outdoor pool was great for the kids and we enjoyed a dip to cool off in the hot temperature. We loved the restaurant downstairs. We took the option with breakfast which was very good. We went as a family with 2 kids and they found something to eat each day as did we. The cappuccino and fresh baked croissants were incredible.

The rooms are a little dated and the room had an odd smell everytime we came back to the room.

Meets expectations - easy access if you travel by car, very clean, friendly reception staff, although furniture may seem dated it is very well maintained; very good sound proofing, good temperature in the rooms, good mattress

Extra bed in the room was not ideal, could use some repair or even better - replacement; you depend on a car get around- not easy to find direct connection to venice, looks like you have to get a bus and the train.

Staff was very cordial specifically English speaking. I had very good interaction with young guy , I do not know the name at reception on 25th & 26th night who booked taxi for on 26th and guided me for Venus tour . My special thanks

All 2 nights there were big lines of tourists, checking in and big line to get in lifts to reach my room on 08th floor. I had to wait for long time . It will be better on such occasions if separate lift are there for the guests who are already staying

Very nice property, located in Mestre, which means you can park your car in hotel and take 20 min bus/train ride to Venice. Ofcourse they charge you nominally for your car parking. Good, friendly staff giving timely help, including arranging of Bus tickets to Venice. Groceries, Restaurants, Bus & train stations available near by. Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and had enough options Overall , Value for money guaranteed.

Room was small but everything was working, bed was comfortable, shower would need some instructions but we figured out how it is working. Space enough in the wardrobe, everything in hall and at the breakfast clean as it should be. Free parking on the back side of the hotel available. Staff at the reception was awesome - > thanks a lot!

Breakfast, either too much guest, or much more likely as it looked there, the sizes of the dishes available for the guest were to small. The staff was not able to refill a lot of things in time. You had to wait very long if the tomatoes were running out to get new once, same on cheese bred and most of the things taken by the most guest. The guests had also no manners on the queue of the coffee machine at the breakfast. There would be necessary to control who queued first etc.

Room was ok, not too spacy but comfort. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but worth of taking. Hotel is located near highway junction but it is well isolated and quiet. There was a shopping mall, 2 minutes drive. There is a market nearby. Bus station for Venice (number 2) is located in a walking distance, 10 - 15 minutes. Bus tickets can be bought at reception, which is great plus. There is a free parking as well as paid one, rate is 8 euros per day.

Second bed was a bit uncomfortable, additional blankets would be welcomed. More power plugs would be nice.

Good breakfast with a large selection. The room was big, comfortable bed. Clean. Staff was helpful, they kept our bags before and after check in and check out so that we could explore Venice without suitcases. Free (unguarded) or paid (guarded) parking Overall a good stay

We were 4 and only had 2 sets of towels. We asked for 2 extra ones and 3 extra pillows but only got 2 extra pillows and they forgot the extra towels. We didn't insist, certainly if we had asked again they would have given us but we managed with what we had. Double bed was conforatble but the double sofa bed not so much. Location ok, right by the highway but 10 min walking to the bus that takes to venice
