We like the space and setup of the room. Use of the nearby onsen is nice. The lady who does the tea ceremony is professional and quick thinking. It has been a pleasure to have met her, including the gentleman from Bangladesh at the reception. He understands and speaks English clearly and carries himself well.

TV program should have English besides only Japanese. To welcome tourists from overseas, this is basic need.

really nice hotel in the countryside. love the idea of free onsen voucher for the onsen next door, this is unexpected and goodness, that onsen next door is fantastic, good onsen water with fabulous view. They even have a award winning pizza place and crepe kiosk in the onsen. Nothing to ask for more.

711 is far away, and the convince storein countryside closes very early, will be nice if hotel can have a corner to sell sake and snacks.

Beautifully located, with a great izakaya nearby. Friendly and dedicated staff. Clean and comfortable lobby. Would stay again.

The room was a bit small, but that is really all I can complain about.

The hotel is located at a quiet country side surrounding with a villa setting where the air is fresh and clean. The room is clean and comfortable although slightly small for those who opt to stay for more than just one night.

The hotel offers a ticket to the connected bath but was closed (after 10:00pm) when we checked in late.

Don’t hesitate to book if you are in the area. Al clean looks new. Friendly and helpful. Free tea ceremony and Onsen . Restaurant simple but good value. Great area to explore the pottery factories and outlets

Peaceful small place… great drive to Hasami. Free onsen was good, as well as the tea ceremony demo…pizza restaurant just a stone’s throw away is great as well

Double bed was rather small vs the norm.. apart from this nothing much

It was a clean and comfortable stay. It was a reasonably-sized room and we could open the luggage fully. The staff was really polite and welcoming when we arrived, and there was ample space to park the car. We stayed one night only and didn't get to make full use of the free passes to the nearby onsen :(

The staff went above and beyond. Got me everything I needed; food was excellent, facilities were great, and at the end got me and my girlfriend a ride for free to the train station. Our van driver even got out to help translate to the train station where we needed to go. This was an incredible experience from wonderful people that I'll never forget. I've never seen service this good before.

The staff were very friendly and the check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was an area for Japanese tea at the entrance. Wi-fi worked well and was appreciated.

Onsen, but it’s not the hotel’s onsen it’s the public onsen that we use coupon of hotel.
