My second stay at Arjuna Homestay (the first one was in 2015). The same big (two beds, big window, fan) room with bathroom (only cold water, but OK) and big balcony. The house has its own Hindu temple. Light breakfast (fruit salad, eggs, coffee/tea). Very good location close to Jalan Monkey Forest,the two local markets and the rice fields. Easy to arrive by bus from Denpasar Airport (K6 from DPS to Central Parkir Kuta plus K5 from Central Parkir Kuta to Titi Banda plus K4 from Titi Banda to Ubud). Or, opposite way, K4/K5/K6 to go from Ubud to DPS. Three hours but only three times 4400 IDR (0, 80 USD/EUR). Or you can take a taxi which takes two hours (because the traffic is the same) and cost you 30 times more than the bus. Nice people (Wayan and his lovely family).

I really enjoyed my stay at Arjuna homestay. The family is so kind, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was just right. There is a fan which really helps cool the room down. Good WiFi. Nice outdoor sitting area. There is no hot water, but it wasn’t a problem. It’s in a convenient location. I booked my ticket to the Gili Islands with them which was super helpful. This place is great, you cant beat it for the price. I would definitely come back!

Just be aware that you have to walk through Arjuna market every time you leave or come back to the accommodation so there will always be people trying to sell you things.

I had an amazing stay at this charming Homestay in Ubud, Bali. Staying here gave me a glimpse into the daily life of a local family, which made my experience in Ubud even more special. Katu, Pandi, and the entire family were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality truly enhanced my stay. The breakfasts were a highlight of each day – the omelette and banana pancakes were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying them during your stay. The location couldn't be better. Situated on Arjuna, one of the quaint market streets leading to the main thoroughfare of Ubud, everything is within walking distance. Plus, they offer scooter rentals at a great price and organize tours, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this Homestay. If you're looking for an authentic and comfortable stay in Ubud, look no further. I can't wait to visit again!

I liked everything, I guess if you’re picky you might want something with air conditioning or a hot shower (which you don’t need in Bali, it’s HOT), but if that’s the case then don’t be cheap and pay more…

Just simplicity of the room. A bed a bathroom with a shower. Just bring your towel toilet paper and body soap. You will be confortable. The room also has a ceiling ventilator. The price was very reasonable and you get a breakfast. Every day. I had a great view from my room. I will return again if I return to Ubud.

Just a note... If you require transportation from Dempasar airport to Ubud , the homestead will be able to arrange it for you. Please make sure you confirm your service with the homestead.

The location is great. Just outside is the shopping street. Monkey forest, Ubud palace, Saraswati temple are all walkable distances. You can get different options for day tour/activities from the stay itself. Many posters are pasted there. Breakfast is available. Lovely owners. They even allowed my son to play with their kids toys for a while. Completely worth the money.

It's a bit basic stay. Only expect basic amenities. But considering the location and amount, it's really great.

The price/quality balance is great! The staff/owners were super friendly and really helpful when we had questions about the area. It is fun that the homestay is accessible through a tourist market where there are no vehicles. It was also nice that there were about 6 options to choose from for breakfast! The house is beautiful with a nice garden area.

It was warm in the room without ac, but you know this beforehand, there is a ceiling fan. The matras was a bit too soft, so we were basically laying on the wooden of the bedframe. It was also a bit inconvenient that the water was off in the middle of the night (around 4.30), so you couldn't flush or wash your hands

The room has a good size, the beds are comfortable. The place is beautiful and you have good views from the city. Was really nice to have a balcony. The location is great and the owner very kind. Whenever we asked her for toilet paper she would bring it to us The price is excellent They rent motorbikes for 70 rpp

They never cleaned our room in 6 days or changed the towels. The breakfast is not so good, but honestly for the price is great to have it There is only very cold water in the shower You can hear all the noises from the street like if they were behind the door When we arrived we carried 6 bags and the man that gave us the keys didn't try to help us

Great location, walking distance to Ubud Palace and to the main attraction. Lot of nice cafes around. The room was very simple but ok for the price. Breakfast was nice (omelette or pancakes + coffee). Wi-Fi works well. The structure offers also tours, laundry service and scooter renting for a cheaper price compared to the places around (scooter for 70k per day instead of 100k)

The rooms are very close to each other so you can hear your neighbours all the time.

The family running this small hotel is so lovely, i cannot thanks them enough, on the first night i stayed there was a group of french people partying, which i had to ask to turn the music off at 3am and the day after the owner did not hesitate to kick them out, which i really appreciated, on the day i checked out i needed an early breakfast and the owner did not hesitate and served it to me!!! very conscious people, caring about their guest, nice location in a tiny street!! Sama Sama🙏

The price of the laundry but it is the same everywhere, Bali is becoming expensive...

Really lovely hosts and they made a lovely breakfast. This place is such a great price and honestly the best location you can get. If you only have a short time in Ubud and want to see the main sites, they’re all in short walking distance from here. The room is serviceable and the nice thing is you get your own seating area outside. Also they offer a huge discount for the Mount Batur sunrise trek!
