That the parking is a hassle! park in p1 or p2 then go to the hotel pay for the parking p1 or p2 take your car out before 40 minutes then get back inside with the new payed for card! and if you have luggage pay and bring your car inside take the luggage within 30 minutes but there is car restrictions in the city between 10:30 am till 3:00pm and if you want to checkout go through the same procedure!

The location and view was amazing and breakfast had a great selection.

The hot water kettle in the room had some brown liquids in it ( perhaps tea from the last guests). Bathtub had some stains, too.

Checking in process quick. Staff/Customer service were great. I was able to organize some flowers on arrival for my wife’s birthday. They threw in a bottle of wine. The elevators were good. We had a double room and it was small but not tiny. No chairs or table. Bar Refrigerator with no mini bar. Big enough for @ 10 bottles of drink. A Kettle provided. No Microwave. Television has a few English Channels. Rest were local language. Air conditioning/heating was good. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were really soft. Wardrobe space was small. The Shower water pressure was very good and didn’t run out of hot water. Water Temperature was constant. Towels were soft and fresh WiFi was strong The room was beside the river and very quiet The breakfast was really good. Probably one of the best we’ve had Everything you needed.

Another couple of pillows of different firmness would be good. A small table or bench would have been handy. One night the bathroom exhaust ran all night, the next night it didn’t. Couldn’t work out how to operate it?

I loved everything about this hotel, location, comfort, super clean, excellent breakfast. I would like to thank you the staff and the person at the front desk for making our stay there wonderful.

Nothing, I liked everything about this property and Cesky Krumlov. This is a magical place that deserves a visit if you are in Czech Republic. Not related to this property but if I was a resident of this place, I would push the major of the city to close some of the main roads and the main square for car movements during the peek of the tourist season. The roads are too small and it was kind of dangerous to have cars moving there when there were so many people walking on these roads. Any deliveries should be done overnight or early in the morning. Just a suggestion or one thing I did not like about this town.

It was a lovely property. The views were amazing. The staff was great. I missed my bus from Praha(went to wrong station) so I had to get on the next mus. It got be there after 6 and it all worked out as reception is there till 7 pm. It was in the center so easy to walk everywhere. I especially liked the evening walks. Breakfast was great and the room was lovely.

Nothing can be done, but be aware if you are tall. There is a slanted ceiling so one side is a lot lower. I booked my head a few times. Also the window is higher up so I had to stand on tiptoes to see and im of medium height.

We had the room with the balcony. Nice and clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful views to the castle and river, great for a nice evening in the balcony with a glass of wine. Good heating and hot water The location is very near and central to everything. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Reception staff were helpful

No decaf coffee in the breakfast. Small rooms if you are two persons with luggages A bit expensive for what they offer in comparison to other pensions or hotels in the city center. You basically pay for the views.

The location was great. Right on the river and we could sleep with the widows open to get fresh air. The sound of the river rushing by was very hypnotic. It was very central to the castle and old town.

The receptionist wasn’t friendly and gave us a hard time the minute we walked in the door. We’d waited almost an hour for a cab at the bus stop despite phoning twice so we called for her help. She said there was only one taxi company in town so when a cab finally showed up10 minutes later we hopped in. Apparently it wasn’t the cab she had called so she scolded us instead of giving us a welcome and friendly greeting.

Location was excellent, Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was very nice, updated interior, and very clean.

I had a room with a slanted ceiling that tapered half of the room with a lack of head space. This is a hotel in Old Town so it can be expected to have rooms that might be less spacious as other hotels. The room was nice, just be prepared for things like this.

I have never experienced such attentive and caring staff. The woman at the desk was so kind and offered me things before I asked. She remembered my requests. The breakfast was so fresh and such a wonderful variety of fresh fruit, cheeses, meats,breads and veggies. The location was perfect for setting off in different directions. I felt safe going out at night I loved my stay!! Thank you so much!

highly recommended for a stay in cesky krumlov, this is a lovely well located hotel in the old town with great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Friendly ataff, the owner was very helpful providing gluten free breakfast for my daughter and also phoning a local restaurant for me. we stayed on a suite room it was spacious and comfortable and good value 😌 we even received a lovely.gift as we checked out.
