The hotel location is excellent!! I easily accessed PUVs right outside the hotel. Additionally there were several fast-food restaurants nearby, which was convenient for grabbing a quick and affordable meal.

While the location was ideal, the room lacked a clothes rack and hangers, which would have been helpful for unpacking and keeping clothes wrinkle-free. Additionally, having basic complimentary toiletries and amenities, such as soap and body lotion, would have been appreciated.

The hotel's location and services definitely met my expectations. I also liked how clean the rooms were. Despite the fact that my room was on a different floor than my friends', I don't really see it as an issue. The location is very close to some famous fast food chains, and you can also walk from the hotel to the nearest local mall. Overall, my stay was wonderful. Thank you, Hop Inn Hotel IloIlo City.

It would be great if they could provide at least 2 or 3 clothes hangers, especially if their guests are attending a very important meeting or event. This way, guests would have something to hang their outfits on and prevent them from getting wrinkled.

Due to its recent construction, the hotel's amenities should be spotless and new. This might also be the cause of the need to provide extra directions to many cab drivers. Although it does not serve breakfast, it is ideally situated close to several stores and eateries. SM City Iloilo is nearby as well. Should you need to go downtown, you can always politely ask the guards to send a cab to pick you up.

Sometimes the AC in our room doesn't get too cold.

Great location. Jollibee, 7-Eleven, and McDonalds are close by. 10-15 min walk to SM City. Room is clean. Very simple and minimalist. Great shower experience. Water dispenser with hot and cold water is available for free.

Loud music from surrounding bars can be slightly heard from inside the room.

The location was a plus factor since it was accessible to other stores which we need such as restaurants, drugstores, etc.Another thing is the aircon, in fairness, the temperature was according to our liking, unlike the other branches, the airconditioner was slow/weak.

since it was a newly built building, we can still smell the paint.

There was a lot of noises from people yelling down the halls or closing their doors loud all through the night. Just very thin walls I guess to say it that way.

Clean very new building, responsive staff, water dispenser for hot/cold/tap water each floor. Very near restaurants Jollibee , Bread Basket l, Felicia's esp Atria where there is local fare like Netongs, Madge Cafe, Kap Isings, Biscoho Haus.

Smell of fresh paint, there are no cloth hangers in the unit.

I liked the location. Near shops and restaurants.

No toiletries provided like disposable toothbrush, toothpaste and hand soap. I think it is acceptable since the price per night is cheaper than other hotels nearby. Also the tv only shows limited channels. Would’ve been better of it was a smart tv.

Clean, Had available drinking water at the hallway and great location

Room is small, so harder to move around especially with luggages. And not good sound proofing since you can hear people talking in the hallway. We’re located near the elevator.
