The hotel was very clean. Grounds were well kept. Front desk workers were all very nice and always willing to answer any questions. The bedding was so nice. We all loved the feel of the sheets. The hotel greeted guests with homemade cookies at checkin. The hotel also offered popcorn for snack after 3. Homemade soup was offered after 6 and served until it runs out. We also enjoyed a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, fruits and pastries. All workers we encountered while staying at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

No complaints!

We made a last minute decision to split up a long trip north due to weather and this hotel was the halfway point. It was very convenient and offered special things for guests-hot soup and cookies at check in, snacks, coffee, tea and hot chocolate for whenever we wanted and breakfast the next morning. The front desk was staffed with super nice people.

No complaints but one -Cleaning crew started kind of early in the morning but understandably due to weather.

Husband said breakfast was great. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Good location to stay while traveling on 64.

Heard someone complaining about a bad smell, but I never smelled it. I didn't like that I had to get out of bed to get back on the road.

My family and I came to West Virginia and stayed at the Sleep Inn during a difficult time. We were in town for the homegoing service of my first cousin. So as you can imagine we needed a place to gather ourselves and rest. The Sleep Inn staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and toilet paper. I loved the commentary teas. They had a morning tea, anytime tea and a sleepy tea(my favorite)! They as had commentary coffee including decaf, orange juice, apple juice and popcorn. Free breakfast and free parking. I also loved the overall decor of the room and hotel. The bed was so comfy that I fell asleep within 5 minutes after my sleepy tea and lying down. I will definitely come back again. Thank you so much to the staff who were so friendly and greeted us with smiles. You don't know how much that meant to us. Keep up the great work.

The front desk staff were friendly and informative. There was popcorn for us upon arrival. The breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of choices and constantly resupplied.

We should have stayed longer.

The breakfast was excellent. There were many options. The eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy were all very good.

I wish the fresh fruit bowl was full of different kinds of fruit.

spectacular!! clean, great staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds. We were very impressed with the breakfast staff- who kept everything stocked and cleaned up the breakfast bar about every 5-10 minutes to keep it shiny clean! we were so impressed. definitely staying here again next time we visit family in WV

Spotless facility. Updated. Comfy. Super kind and personable staff. Definitely will stay here again. Everywhere I looked for “issues” surprised me with having none.
