This must be the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Czech Republic. Located centrally in Plzeň, yet in a very quiet location. The room was very comfortable, looks a bit old perhaps, but great sleep comfort! The staff was super friendly, provided me with an electric kettle for making tea, gave all the information I needed. Breakfast was OK.

There was no power socket near the bed. I went to a local electronics store to buy a power cord. Will take it with me wherever I travel now :D

The hotel was easy to find, only a 15 minute walk from the railway station (or you could take the tram) , and close to many of the sights of Plzen. Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in was simple. The breakfast was included, and was excellent in variety of choices and taste. It was available from the conveniently early time of 7:00am.

The bed mattress was slightly distorted, and there was some late-night noise from youths hanging out near the pond at the front of the hotel.

Nice clean rooms. Great location close to the old town and not too far from the central station either. Very friendly staff.

There could be more breakfast options. There's also a road right next to the hotel and a park that is frequented by young people, so it might be loud at night. Not a big issue though.

Very satisfied with the breakfast spread. The room was satisfactory as well. The spa room was booked when we arrived, so we weren’t able to try it.

Only minor thing to note was the lobby had a subtle mildew smell - presumably from the spa facility being nearby.

Hotel Gondola was great! We booked two rooms for one night. We used the jacuzzi at hotel welness and ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Everyone and everything worked well. Really apreaciated the reserved parking lot before our check in time as we came for the WWII libaration celebration early. Ms Karolina at the front desk was super helpful, so was the lady at hotel restaurant and the next day new staff as well. Rooms are specious, well kept, little bit more dusting would be in place, otherwise can't complain as everything was superb! Thank you, Gondola. And yes, the GPS gets confuse due to one ways, so getting to the front of the hotel can be tricky.

Comfortable small hotel near the centre of Plzeň, not too far to walk to the Pilsener Urquell brewery and museum. Comfortable bed and good shower, all you need for a couple of nights stay. Good breakfast with choice of hot and cold dishes.

The breakfast was satisfactory, the location was very good and it was not far to walk to see the sights.

Didn't like that, being three people and having booked 2 rooms, the family member was placed at the other end of the hotel.

Location is perfect- very close (walking distance) to city center and to Pilsen brewery. Free private parking is also a big plus and neighborhood is quiet. Breakfast was very delicious, with lots of choice.

Room was big and clean, the only thing that bothered us, was that windows in the room could not be opened, therefore you had to use air condition, which was placed right next to the bed.

Location turned out to be perfect, easy to find and just a 5 minute walk to the centre. A car park along the same road as the hotel where you can park as long as you have a receipt from the hotel, which was locked at night. Our room was big, and so was the bed and was also comfy. Very big bathroom with very powerful shower. There was also a well stocked mini bar in the room. Small but adequate selection for breakfast with a selection of egg dishes cooked to order. The scrambled eggs with bacon and onion were very tasty.

The room smelt of sewage as you walked in (which I did read on another review). Although there were skylight windows, there were no windows at height level which made it abit dark and its always nice to be able to have a window to look out of. No kettle and coffee/tea, which is a personal preference of mine.
