The hotel itself is lovely, nice clean rooms. Rooftop terrace, bar and pool brilliant, plenty of space to sunbathe or enjoy a drink and lunch. Staff all lovely and friendly. The food was excellent, breakfast and dinner. Plenty of choice and cooking fresh fish and meats to order too. Could have been hotter, but being British I do like my food piping hot, and that is the nature of a buffet isn't it. Tapas bar on ground floor was lovely. Rooms made up and fresh towels when needed.

Just be careful to check if you want an actual balcony with a table and chairs. We booked a balcony room and got a 2 foot wide strip out of the patio doors with no furniture. With a little investigation I found the rooms with what you would call a 'balcony' were called 'room with terrace'. Not a big impact on our holiday, but it was a shame not to sit with a glass of wine on our balcony as we usually would. The roof terrace made up for that though. Oh the bathrooms have no door, they're open with just a door to the toilet, luckily me and my friend didn't mind, but some might.

Perfect location and perfect breakfast!

Loud drunk Britains and the smell in the room (moisty smell) and the music on B Heaven was played too loud.

We liked the size of room, bed was so big and comfortable, tea and coffee facilities were good breakfast was excellent.

Not enough English tv channels I was unwell one night had to stay in but could only watch the news more English tv and the room would of been perfect.

The pool was just a plunge pool not a proper poor. I Love to swim in a lovely pool when on holiday.

Clean modern situated on beach close to all amenities although cannot hear outside. White and blue decor crisp and modern Breakfast amazing choices with Prosecco nice touch Rooms gorgeous beds comfy they provide beach towels pool and bar area good comfy seats food good drinks reasonable priced

Breakfast was good. I stayed half board and the evening meal I wasn't very keen on, just lacked choice for me. I would do bed and breakfast next time. Had sea view which was lovely but did think the balcony a little on the small side but wouldn't stop me returning 😊

Had an amazing time! The location of the hotel is perfect! Turn left for 15 mins and you're in the strip, turn right for 5 mins and you're in the old town. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Benidorm

Everything. I booked this for my son and his wife for his birthday so I asked them to give me some feedback. They said: "The room was amazing with a fantastic view of the beach. The bathroom had Rituals toiletries and lots of extras. The staff were very professional and helpful. As it was my birthday they left chocolates and champagne for us. The hotel is centrally located for all that Benidorm offer". I contacted the customer service desk to arrange for room service breakfast. They were quick to respond and went out of their way to help. Both I and my son would definitely recommend this hotel. The value for money was exceptional. The help from the staff definitely made his birthday special.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Had half board and was impressed with quality and variety of food. Lovely roomy roof terrace with plenty of chairs/loungers to relax. Fantastic sea view from room with lots of space and great tv with numerous U.K. tv channels. Free bottled water delivered daily.

Room was cleaned and tidied daily but, occasionally, the restocking of the tea/coffee satchels was forgotten maybe a few more to begin with would be appreciated. Used the Hotel laundry service and found this expensive! ( Euro 50 to wash and dry 28 pairs of socks and 10 pairs of underpants ). Perhaps price should be by bag instead of per individual items !

Location was brilliant, right on the beach with restaurants and bars and old town less than 5 mins walk. Roof top bar was like a suntrap with great views over Benidorm. Breakfast had lots of choice and was great. The rooms were very clean and the bed was large and really comfy. All the staff were really helpful and made you feel welcome.

Our room overlooked a brick wall, which we weren't told about when using the booking.com app. When we asked to upgrade to a sea view, we were advised this was extra €78 more per day. The bedroom was small and had an open-plan bathroom, which took some getting used too. The lifts were a bit awkward as you could go up and down a few times before you ended up at the floor you wanted. The front spinning carousel door was a pain, as it constantly stopped sharp on you without it even being touched.
