Loved the location of the property, how spacious the rooms are and how comfortable the beds are!

There is a sneaky little $10 per day resort fee that seems to be mentioned after you make the booking

This hotel was clean and had a nice pool it was close to the parks and many restaurants close by. It was so nice to walk win dixie to the grocery store and make meals in the kitchenette, the beds were nice and soft and the rooms were nice with no odors or signs of bugs! they even had a free laundry room which was great!

12.50 fee to store luggage they did not tell me about.

Room was nice and very clean. Bed was very comfy.

The carpet in the hallways outside the rooms looked stained and dirty. Smelled a little musty. Didn’t like that I had to pay $65 for parking and was not aware of this until checking in and out. Would have stayed at a Disney property and put that money toward the room rather than paying for daily parking at a hotel.

Front desk young man was amazing.I love the location. Room are huge and quiet and clean. I’m extremely picky person I always check even for bed bugs.So when I tell you it was clean trust me it is. No bed bugs!!!

The rooms need air freshener it smelled a little muggy

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, but some time had passed in-between the visits. I really like the location of the hotel (despite the Disney Springs traffic) and the staff were very nice. Check in and check out were quick and easy processes. The room was very clean and very spacious. I really like how the room includes a lot of storage space and the kitchenette as well.

The only thing that I do not like is the parking garage; especially at night. I also wish that new towels would come without having to call. We were there for 4 nights and going to theme parks. Showers were constant and having new towels there would have been nice. But that's just being nit picky. Overall the stay was great.

Proximity to the parks. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The laundry room is well equipped. Rooms are relatively quiet. There are always staff at the reception and they can always solve our problems. Carpark is a bit expensive but we know that in advance and there is plenty of spaces.

Housekeeping every 7 days. By the time we realised that we need to book in advance, we didn't get any service until the 10th day of our 12 day stay. There is a microwave but no oven in the room and a general lack of utensils in the kitchenette. That limits the possibilities of making better meals other than the very basic. I was told by the reception that there's no loyalty points for this stay.

I really loved the room. We had a king size bed, which included a chair that you can sit to relax in and a computer chair for the desk that had rolly wheels and rocked. Plenty of countertop space! Kitchen was a great addition complete with 2 stove burners, microwave, full size fridge with ice that wouldn't stop being made. Soap for dishwasher and for washing dishes was provided. Bathroom had Dove brand shampoo/conditioner/body wash in full size bottles that was attached to shower wall, locked you can't take it off. Great location, easy to get to places to eat or shop. This is a great room for an extended stay.

Parking garage is not gated, so anyone could go in and out. You can only enter the hotel from the first floor so if you park higher up you take an elevator to 1st floor. No covering between parking garage and the hotel door. So, if it's raining your going to get wet. There was noise from car's stereo's from time to time. But we bring a small fan with us so that helped with any extra noise. Did not like the strobe lights for the smoke detectors. They blinked off and on all night long. Even if you turn away from them, there is a full length mirror on the opposite side so you still see the blinking through the mirror. Just minor things, will defiantly go back to this hotel!

One large bed, bath, dresser, counter, kitchenette, A/C, cable. The pool was excellent. Laundry room excellent. Exercise room excellent. Room service excellent.

To my surprise parking is not included. If you bring a car/suv/truck they will charge you for parking. I think it was $17 a day. It is a multi-level garage. Gated. Use room key card. The biggest disappointment was the dishwasher. Stinks to high heaven. Clearly was used but never cleaned. So bad that I didn't bother asking the desk for service. I would not use it even after a cleaning. Needs to be trashed.

Close to everything , Disney

I wanted a hotel with a continental breakfast, this does not serve that

We liked the location and how easy it is to Uber to and from the parks. Also how close it is to Disney springs as well. the room itself was spacious more than the other hotels we’ve stayed in. And I know it’s not brand new, there were just some show of usage like the shower head and I felt the need to use a steamer on my bed and pillows just cause i felt I needed a cleaner feel. But that’s just a personal thing. Everything else was great. I had a lot of space especially desk space for work and personal things and eating. We were able to use the laundry room for free we just had to buy the laundry soap. It was old and needs some wiping from the dust and all but so far our laundry turned out well. We even lost a sock and when we came back later that day someone picked it up and left it there for us to get back. Appreciated it!

Just the showing of usage from the bathroom and felt I need to wipe more around the furnitures. But everything else was okay.
