Accommodation was very clean and the bathrooms were nice with hot water

The localisation of the hotel is the town outskirts, not too easy to get. Pretty dark there and nothing to do during the night. The panel/terminal for checking in is ancient and slow. The breakfast is so basic, if you have some food allergies there's basically no choice for you, but instead the coffee is so nice

Was a bit worried when we arrived about the location (in a shopping village). We self checked in. Which went well as we aren't that computer literate. First we met the cleaning lady who was lovely! The room was very big like the bathroom. The receptionist was also lovely polite and helpful! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice including bacon and eggs! This is an excellent hotel. Chinese buffet restaurant 3 doors away! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!!!

An exceptionally good budget hotel. The hotel offers self check-in outside reception opening hours. This is very convenient if arriving late in the evening . Low noise level in the rooms. Clean and comfortable. A great sense of space in the corridor. Free parking with abundant spaces. Selection of shops and sports stores on-site or close-by. .

A small issue with the vending machine not working, most likely a temporary problem,

Excellent idea to put the hotel over the shopping complex, but it does mean it is very limited to where you are able to go for a walk and limited on eating options. Shower would have been great if the door had fitted properly and not flooded the bathroom.

location particularly if u traveliing to france paris from london best place to stay thats my second stay only 4.3 miles from motorway and u are almost 2 hrs away from paris

pillows they can improve and they havent got the iron they should have basic amenities also they should provide family rooms

The room was comfortable and clean. We had a good night’s sleep here and we thought that it was very reasonable.

The only reason I have not given a high score for staff is that we didn’t see any. Upon arrival, everything was done by computer - however it didn’t seem as simple as it could have been for checking in.

Lovely shower. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

Just one thing - check out is at 12 but we received a knock in the door from the cleaners at about 10:30 (after a very late night). There was no Do Not Disturb sign to put on the door.

Guests were coming after having their turn for milk or extra items causing hold ups in breakfast being collected in a congested area.

Very noisy with low flying aircraft

Great hotel super clean simple easy check in nice and cool room air con was great only 1.5 hours from euro tunnel perfect stop off on our return journey

Shower door was a struggle to fully close

Good location about 10-15 minute drive from the motorway, in an industrial estate so it was reasonably quiet. Well organised room, comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast in the morning. Great wifi for working. Security codes for doors. There's a Chinese restaurant nearly next door and a steakhouse about 10 minutes walk away. Got a good night's sleep and was able to do some work, so all good.

The bathroom floor was not that clean, when it got a bit of water on it from the shower I used a towel to mop it up and noticed that the water was dirty.
