The location is lovely, and the view is charming and provides all the services you need in the apartment. In addition to its proximity to the center of Westendorf, a few minutes' walk. Honestly, the apartment is luxurious and worth its price and there is a lift that makes it easy to carry bags. A full section is available swimming pool, sauna, steam and massage, all of which are elegant and hotel services. Thank God, it was a beautiful stay, and the kids enjoyed the place, especially the pools.

The staff at the front desk was really great. All of our luggage was lost by an airline the day before and everyone there was so helpful. Especially Cristiana (sp?) who went above and beyond to help us out. The room was spacious and clean and the location was incredible. Having coffee on the balcony in the mornings with a view of the surrounding mountains was exactly what we needed! The only regret about our stay was that it wasn't longer!

There was not a single thing that we didn't like about our stay there.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with large bathrooms which were stocked with basic amenities. The property boasted a reasonably sized pool and two saunas, plus a steam room, adding to the relaxation. While it requires a short commute to the center and ski-lift, the tranquil ambiance made it worth it. Ideal for those seeking comfort and rejuvenation after a day on the slopes. We'll definitely return for another stay.

Apartment wasn’t delivered with all agreed items in kitchen, bathrooms etc .. housekeeping staff seemed too busy to stock up properly. Also restaurant service was very late. A bit far from the ski lifts and center to walk - bus is very infrequent.

Very spacious, nice furniture, excellent food, good wellness

There was no daily room cleaning. We stay for 4 nights so it was kind ok and we could manage but having to stay for more nights could be bit discomfort. Maybe we could ask for but no one explained us how it works with room cleaning.

We liked absolutely everything: the two-room apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything. The balcony was really nice to sit in the evening. The view was great. Nice swimming pool, but a bit cold when it was cool outside. Really nice breakfast. We would definitely come back again.

The Penthouse was beautiful and my family (3 small children) and friends were comfortable our whole time. The view and surrounding Westendorf was lovely. The kitchen had a stove top and convection oven/microwave combo along with the cooking tools needed. Coffee maker was regular Nespresso pods👌 We had no issues with heat and slept well.

One of my biggest disappointments was the expectation to have the kitchen cleaned before check out. This is not a cheap resort, having to have the dishwasher clear of clean dishes was a headache I hadn’t planned on having in this ‘luxury’ resort. Sauna was a big reason we picked this resort, it is small and does not have a lot of room to walk around comfortably textile free. Speaking of textile free, this is not enforced and thus was very awkward. The roof top pool was very chilly, we were disappointed. Downstairs pool was comfortable with our children however very small.

NO SKI BUS!!! Prior booking I asked hotel if there will be a ski bus to pick me up and they confirmed on the email that there will be one right in front of the hotel. But it wasn't true, ski bus starts the season only on 25th Dec. I was very upset because I didn't have a car and the choice of hotel was based on bus availability. I had to spend extra 10 euro every time I needed to go to the slopes, come back and go to the city for dinner etc. At the end it added a lot of extra cost to my trip that i didnt plan to spend. I am very upset about this!!

Very comfortable one night stay on our way home from Italy. Spacious Suite for a family of 4 with beautiful views over the mountains. Great breakfast in the morning, served on the terrace overlooking the green and mountains. The girls especially loved the swimming pool on the third.

Accommodation is on the pricier end, but worth it!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff across the board was fantastic. The views were great, the breakfast was fantastic. The pools were a great way to relax and the location offered the quiet relaxation we were looking for. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
