we arrived really late and was not informed that we need to touch the card to get to the 5th floor, so had two freaking out kids at 2am thinking we got stuck in the elevator. Then once arrived at the apartment, the sofa bed was not ready (even tho we booked for 2 adults and 2kids) so had to call reception again to ask how to make the bed @2am not the time I had to waste. for the size of the apartment accommodating 4 people there was only one small tub of shampoo (33ml) how is this supposed to be enough for all especially when we stayed 2 nights???? nobody came to clean the room after the first night, and for the hotel of 4 stars this should be mandatory!

Excellent, with a Metro station just across the street to access anywhere in Paris. Room was exactly as the picture. Beautiful view of Eiffel tower, kitchen table, full kitchen, sleeper couch, separate bedroom, separate bathroom. Basically like a full on apartment in Paris. Excellent panoramic view of the city. Also, an additional view of Eiffel tower from your bed out the window. TV in both bedroom and in living room. Shower was excellent. Grocery stores on the corner, Parisian outdoor dining restaurants, metro station, corner bars, all just outside the hotel. Excellent stay. Thank you Citadines!

You can hear the metro station that runs underneath the hotel. A dull rumble every few minutes, but was not a problem for us. Plastic mattress pad cover over mattress makes bed somewhat uncomfortable, as it’s not breathable, so it kind of makes you sweat on the mattress side.

Size of the apartment and the shower/bath was great. Never a problem with hot water etc. Room looked new and well taken care of and we even had a view of the Eiffel tower which we didn't book. Great location for what we wanted

Kitchen utensils are very sparse. No chopping board, and only minimal dishwasher tablets despite staying for multiple days. Bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on but we managed

This hotel was recommended to me by a French friend and I will definitely stay here again. I usually stay in 5 star hotels but for the price and location you can’t beat this hotel. Directly opposite is the train station. Across the road is a supermarket. Next door is McDonalds and just a bit further down the road is a pharmacy and range of other shops, cafes, bakery and restaurants. Extremely convenient location and also walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. I stayed in a studio room with my son and we had two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped and very handy to have a fridge and microwave. The room is not serviced daily unless you pay a fee so keep this in mind. We had to ask front desk for fresh towels and toiletries provided are limited. I recommend you bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The heated towel rail in the bathroom is handy to dry socks and underwear if you plan to hand wash. Size of room is good but TV small in comparison. Hotel feels safe with keycard needed to gain access to both hotel, your floor and room of course.

Daily housekeeping would have been nice for a slightly higher rate all inclusive. Also, two pillows would be nice per person. No mattress protectors and sheets were not fitted so kept sliding off.

The location is excellent, just opposite the Metro Station. It's just about 10mins walk away from Eiffel Tower. The noise from the trains passing by was very mild and tolerable. Didn't disturb us particularly. The room floor was also very clean. Our room was on the 5th floor. They have 7 floors but the 7th floor is for studio rooms. We booked an apartment room (with Eiffel Tower view) as we had 4 pax (2 adults and 2 children). Wifi was great and stable. Kitchen had a stove, kitchen utensils and microwave. We were greeted by Asian-looking gentleman during check-in. We didn't get his name but he went out of his way to explain regarding the amenities available. He also helped us to call a restaurant for reservation although the restaurant was fully booked.

The toilet was separate from the shower room. Could've provided with more rubbish bags as we stayed there for 6 days. Although these are only minor issues.

I like the location and the space in the aparthotel. It gives me the freedom to cook if I wanted to and has facilities for me to wash my clothes. Everything was clean as well and the location was close to the Eiffel Tower. You only need to walk 10 minutes from the room to get to the Tower and from the room, I can see the top of the Tower.

The shower temperature and pressure was not consistent. I think if the room upstairs was showering, then your water pressure and temperature would drop. They also have an anti-slip mat that doesn't really work properly. It was like a piece of paper that you have to put into the bath to shower but it didn't work so I just threw it away in the bin.

Location was perfect. Convenient to access the metro and good city views. Tour Eiffel view was also good. Immaculate room, great to have kitchen facilities but plenty of restaurants also nearby for all budgets. We booked a twin but provided with a double room in error. This was fixed very quickly, within 5 minutes we had a great guy come to sort this out for us. Staff were polite and helpful and I will book again.

Always better with more tea and coffee in the room, wherever I stay! No milk provided but I liked the fact that this mean't also less plastic used. Maybe a choice for hot chocolate would make up for having no milk but there was a Monoprix opposite so easy to buy if needed. Bottled water was left on the side of the kitchen area. It would have been better left in the fridge. Really hard to find fault it for the price paid.

Our room was exceptionally fabulous. It’s a little dated but gosh, the view of the Eiffel Tower is worth every penny especially with the little balcony. The little kitchen is as very well equipped and the bathroom comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The metro is right outside the door. The higher the floor, the better the view as the metro goes past the lower floors. The noise didn’t affect us as the metro runs on rubber wheels. We will definitely return. Merci

I liked staff, view at the Eiffel tower and overall location of the hotel. Rooms were well equipped with kitchenware, which was practical. There was coffee machine which we were able to use free of charge. The water in taps was drinkable. I was worried about Metro station nearby regarding the nose, but it was not bothering me.

Rooms were kind of small, in addition to already high price, we had to pay local tax. I think it should have been included. Rooms were nice but hallways were obsolete. Price of the breakfast was too high, there were many restaurants in vicinity which offered better value for money.

The location was absolutely amazing, a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, in the centre of the city, nearby main roads that are very well lit and equipped with everything. The metro, grocery shops, McDonald’s and a Starbucks too!! Plenty of cafes and restaurants around too. Loved the area, so lively and such a good vibe. The staff at the place were great, as helpful as they could’ve been but also leave you to your own devices if that’s what you prefer. 100% recommend!!
