The facilities and amenities are awesome! Room was just cleaned up when I arrived, the bed is very comfortable, good internet speed for working, drinking water is free & available on the entrance on dispenser (with coffee & tea). I’ve read some review that said they have problem with the shower/bathroom water during their stay, but during my stay it works fine. The private pool is also a plus point for me.

Beware of the bees! There might be some bees visiting your room during the day, but a bug spray is provided in the room, so just spray them, because my husband got stung by one (thankfully he’s doing fine). The trafiic on jalan raya canggu (which is the only access to the hotel) is quite nightmarish, especially if you’re going around bali with car, but if you’re on a bike/scooter it’s still manageable.

Host got in touch via WhatsApp and arranged a driver to collect me from the airport which was great. Easy self check in and out. Villa (room and en suite) and pool were nice and quiet. Hot and cold water provided.

There was no wifi code visible on arrival and as a solo traveller from another country this had a huge impact. I never managed to get the wifi until the next morning when the housekeeper was there. It is also a little out of the way I arrived late at night and didn’t have a great first nights sleep. Next morning I did try and go and find a place that sold SIM cards but nowhere was open and couldn’t book a Gojek or look on google maps because of the no data/wifi thing meaning I felt very cut off from everyone/everything

There some dust not cleaned in the figure right above our head, we are allergic with the dust. The property should clean that figure, I believe that figure not cleaned for long time

The staff were very friendly and the villa and pool were lovely. Very comfortable staying here.

Couch was uncomfortable, mynetfix couldn't work in this country. May need abit of updating and small fixtures here and there.

the door didnt close properly,so it was either too hot or too cold with AC on. also there was a construction site next door,which was kinda loud - maybe worth mentioning it so guests are aware

Quick response from host and comfy bed. Nice staff / cleaner.

Outdoor air conditioning unit was rattling the whole day/night and it was really hard to sleep as the whole building was shaking. We arrived past check in time(2pm) and we were told to wait outside as they were still cleaning and fixing stuff in the villa which was annoying. Shower head was broken and it couldn’t be used as it was splashing water from the top all over the bathroom. Asked staff to look into it and nothing was done unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place if these things aren’t fixed. It’s discounted price for a reason I reckon.
