Everything was great... very nice experrience... location, metro station is very near, maybe 50 meters... parking is on the street, you should pay like in any city... pffff... rooms was big and comfortable... heating was well, like everywhere in Praha... literally everything was great... nice vibe there...

There is just one very small thing.... Pillows! (we had more than 10 pillows there, for 3 peoples... which is great, but each pillow is each philosophy... I didn't found my best pillow there, but okay, I sleeped well.... :D thats very small negative thing, but keep in mind that final score should be 99 from 100 from us... Thank you, it was very nice days there :) we fall in love with praha in these rooms...

Location is very helpful if you're traveling by plane. Close to the airport (less than 30 minutes) and also close to the city center (around 10 minutes or a 15-minute walk), public transportation is diverse and takes you everywhere from there. The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly and you can find nice restaurants and a big supermarket nearby. The apartment was clean and it had everything you need for a short stay. The dishwasher and the washer/dryer machine were a plus and a very useful one. Also the communication with Petr is fast and on point. We were very thankful for being able to leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out.

We had some noisy people in the apartment above us and also in the one below us. Unfortunately, you can hear all the steps and the voices and if you're a light sleeper it might be a problem. One of the mattresses in our bed was very very used and soft, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep in. For longer stays (more than 2-3 days), it could include some cleaning services. By day 4, the floor was quite dusty.

I liked that the apartment is situated in a relaxed and peaceful part of the city. Self check-in and check-out were easy and practical, allowing us to have greater freedom when it came to arrival or departure from the apartment. There are a few nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a few general stores and fast food joints. The nearby metro and tram lines provide easy connections to other parts of the city. Overall we've had a great apartment experience!

Very nice, enjoyable apartment near the city center and very close to Hradčanská metro station and tram stop. 👌 The flat was very clean and there was everything you need for the staying. It was a pleasure, and I consider to stay there again next time I'm travelling to Prague. 😀 The contact with the host Petr was going really well. If I had any questions, he were very quick to respond to it all. 🙂

The only minus was the water heater. It was changing from really cold to very hot water. So maybe it needs to get fixed? Now I have reported it here. 😉

Perfect localization, close to metro station and tram stops (this was our prio). Many pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Clean and well equiped - kudos for the coffe machine :) Check in/out using key box so we could arrive and get off at any time.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep. We chose this apartment also because we wanted separate beds for our children. The rest of beds were comfortable but the child sleeping on this sofa had really hard nights :(

The apartment is very spacious, and clean. It has all the basic necessities one needs. We were able to cook and wash while we were in the apartment. We travelled for a conference in Vila Lanna and it was only 10mins away by foot. There is a mini market nearby and Tesco express is only a few minutes away. Train station and tram and bus stops were only around the corner so it was very easy to go to and from the city centre. Best value for money.

I wish there was an elevator.

The location of the house is really good and easily accessible by using metro, tram and by foot. They are few mini markets running by Vietnamese also nearby the apartments. if you coming by car, you can easily find a paid parking nearby (100m) opposite the apartment.

if you are coming with lots of big luggage, pls prepare the climb the staircase. Mr Petr is very kind as I requested him to allocate the units on the lower floors to me so we don’t need to carry our big luggages with our children.

Very good location of the apartment, about 400 m from the metro line. The Charles Bridge area is a 10-minute drive away. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The apartment itself is fine, fully equipped. Excellent contact with the owner, he quickly answers questions, carefully prepared the check-in instructions. For a fee, the owner booked us a place in a guarded parking. I recommend this apartment

The only inconvenience was that the apartment was too warm

We were a group of 4 students traveling to prague for 3 nights. Ofc our demands are low but this place really was worth every cent. We stayed on the ground floor and the kitchen was actually FULLY EQUIPPED . We had towels in the bathroom and everything. The beds were comfy and we slept really well. The apartment is really close to the metro and tram and we had no problems getting to different locations and back to the apartment by public transport. So yeah, for a group of students like us, we could not have asked for more.

the apartment has a very good cost x benefit. It is very well equiped and confortable. there are very good restaurants, cafes and bars in the same block and the metro station is two blocks away. We certainly would stay there again.

I was with my mom there, she is 73 years old and the bath tub requires one to be careful not to slip. The checkout is at 10 am, earlier than it usually is.
