Our room is big and well decorated. Beds are very comfortable, both bathrooms are clean and good size. The hotel is grand and looks very impressive!

The shower is not well designed, water escapes from the shower cubicle to outside, it made the bathroom floor really wet. Kitchen is not equipped at all, doesn’t have any cookery equipment. Just an empty kitchen which is not very useful at all! We stayed one night so we didn’t really need kitchen but imagine if you do want to use it but there are nothing can be done. Drinks are over priced, I understand it is an expensive hotel but doesn’t means they have to price a pot of tea three times more than a normal restaurant.

I liked the breakfast buffet and staff, like Yassin, Salah Eddine mint tea person and the breakfast manager, I forgot his name, he was there all the time and Awatef the room cleaner

The court for basketball was awful, not good activities for teenagers, also the volleyball and basketballs was flat not good to play with. The music in swimming pool 5 out of 10, I changed the room, they moved my stuff, and I was having expensive short for my daughter on the chair in the balcony, they didn’t bring it it and I asked for it, but no chance it’s gone. My daughter was upset and disappointed even me I wasn’t happy that my stuff wasn’t in safe hands, also they opened the safe without waiting for me until I come from the swimming pool and open it myself, I wasn’t happy that I had to open my purse and hand bag to check my stuff and money in front of the stuff to be sure everything ok

The attentiveness of the staff was amazing . The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel was perfect , the food at the buffets breakfast and dinner was very varied and fresh . The Moroccan tea especially at breakfast was delicious . The kids club and the kids pool was an amazing add on for kids to spend their time. The pool area was very clean . The sound of crickets and birds alongside the splashes of the water fountain when you opened the balcony was so peaceful really get like you were away from the chaos of the world .

Flies on the deserts at breakfast and dinner , I understand it’s a hot climate and attracts them but I feel like some effort should be made to keep that area free from food flies as once desserts were out on the buffet for over fifteen minutes a lot of flies started arriving everywhere .

The staff were incredibly pleasant, thoughtful and helpful. They catered to every need, remembering even the most minute details like what we liked to drink with our dinner. The food was high quality and buffets offered a mix of international and local dishes. I was impressed by how the menus varied day-to-day. We had treatments in the spa and despite the language barrier, it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I liked how the resort was set far from the city and felt tranquil, however when we wanted to explore there's a daily shuttle into town. Definitely a place I'd love to return to!

Being able to lounge on the beach was a major reason we chose the hotel but due to some construction work this wasn't possible

Every thing was as expected, we actually booked two rooms (half board) and as the dinner buffet was not served on the first night we arrived we were invited by the hotel reception to the à la carte olivier restaurant inside the hotel and we had a very nice 5 stars à la carte dinner it was really delicious... I also wanted to thank the room made staff as well as the reception team for their kindness and helpfulness and a pecial thanks goes to the restaurant staff in particular to lady Houda El baad as she was exceptional...

Nothing to claim

It was really good. The grounds are stunning. So clean and spacious. There’s plenty to do all around. The beach is literally on the doorstep. The entertainment is great. The buffet variety is good as well. The receptions are all so lovely and accommodating. Felt like I had everything I needed. The atmosphere/ambience of the place was so nice.

I think a couple of the waiters we had were a bit strange. Felt like I was being rushed to leave when it was 10.10pm, and strange when it came to paying the bill for dinner. I think a bit more care and attention would be good for the pool food service. Just felt a bit ignored.

This was our first time in Morocco to celebrate our Babymoon and we absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton Resort. The staff were so helpful and made sure we were happy with our room. We had such a beautiful view of the ocean as well as the pool. We quickly fell in love with the food and we loved how room service was available to us at all times. The breakfast buffet was better than we expected, a variety of dishes were available to us and as usual the staff did an amazing job by welcoming us and getting us our drinks. We will definitely be coming back after our child is born and will be bringing the rest of our family as this resort is perfect for families.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Beautiful hotel. Elegant, comfortable, sparkling clean and super relaxing; it exceeded my expectations. Staff in restaurant and kids club super sweet, particularly with my son. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and bedrooms a haven.

Only down side is no eve restaurant service until 7.30pm, which is close for my 5 year old's bedtime. We would have had a late lunch buffet every day if available. Pool bar menu a little limited, although what we ate was tasty. If you want to visit other parts of Morocco, better to download InDrive as hotel taxi service is 9 times higher. Fully appreciate there should be a price hike but 9 times is excessive, and taints the good feeling a little. Otherwise the hotel is wonderful.

The rooms had a great view and were very comfortable.

The service at the restaurants could have been better. My family received their drinks, but they forgot mine. Then after reminding them it took a few more minutes to get my drink. A few minutes later food arrived and it was the same situation. They didn’t bring my dinner. They also never said anything about it. My husband had to go get someone to ask where my food was. My family had almost finished their meal before my dinner was brought out. And for the price of that dinner it was very subpar.

For the life of me i cannot remember the managers name, he was absolutely amazing. Made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Everyone seemed nice and helpful.

One receptionist was pretty full of herself and thank God i don't remember her name coz it would have been on here. Secondly it would be good for them to have the universal adapters that they can borrow guests as not everybody knows the kind of sockets they use. i mean people come from different parts of the world and might not have a clue so it would be nice to have some for back up.
