Staff was quick to support with solving a misunderstanding on arrival regarding the type of room and we were immediately offered a room that met the expectations. Room was clean and spacious, soundproofing was very good (there was a wedding party going on in one of the nights, but we did not hear anything on 4th floor). Private parking available. Basic but good breakfast, good value for money overall.

Room could use some upgrading: shower head was not functioning properly and there was no ventilator in the bathroom. The door on our room had probably been broken in the past and was not fully repaired. Balcony was very crowded with 2 air conditioning fixtures, that also made it difficult to sit there when the AC was functioning in the neighbor's room. Floor was lumpy in places most likely due to some previous water leak. Lighting in the room was very poor at night, with only a few light fixtures and no reading lights. We understood that the rooms were due for un upgrade this weekend, so all these inconveniences could be easily solved.

Very polite hotel staff, which supported us with all our questions (even in English language). The hotel have a big private parking space and a passenger lift. The hotel room is very big, very clean and in a good condition. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel room was very quiet. The bath room is very clean too and have a very good shower. The hotel is located in the city center of Tulcea, very close to all public offices, city authorities, the tribunal Tulcea, as well as to the tourist attractions (Danube boat tours).

Only a limited food and beverage selection at the hotel breakfast.

Spacious room, great view from the balcony. The room is equipped with anything you need, a lot of space for luggage. The staff changed our room to provide a new one with balcony at no extra costs. You have anything you need at the restaurant downstairs.

A pair of slippers could be useful, but wasn't such a big issue.

The parking and rooms were great, the restaurant is open every day and has a variety of meals. All of the food I had was very good! The staff were very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

At 8.30 in the morning, housekeeping knocked and did not wait to answer but entered directly. I was still in bed

We were checking in quite late in the evening with a 7-months-old baby, and wife was hungry. Superb friendly staff gave us a yoghurt. The room was very big, bed extremely comfy.

Location easily reachable by car. GREAT parking. Big and clean room with a very comfortable bed. Nice and helpful staff.
