I loved the space in our suite. For a family of 5 it was very spacious. And they had a laundry room on the first floor!

The only negative was probably the lighting. I remember the receptionist did mention that there was a master switch to turn on all lights. When it was time to only leave 1 light on, the restroom.....it took a while to figure out around that. It was just annoying more than anything.

Very very professional staff, caring friendly and always with a smile nothing was too much. From Nancy and her team too the reception staff and the manager. It was great seeing the service lift doors open and having a morning chat. Breakfast was always hot and plentiful. Pool was excellent and always clean and tidy. Pool guys where always checking for that. We had a late check out as requested. Basketball 🏀 area well maintained and safe all areas had a key card scan .Pool side towels where provided. Areas around the reception including the computer area where quiet and sociable. Gym area was underused for me put some of my family used it. Again well maintained equipment. Rooms where big with more than enough amenities, fridge freezer cooker etc. Overall this was the perfect place for us and would definitely recommend for families and all.we will definitely come back again.Thank you too all the team regards The Broderick family

Breakfast was tasty and filling and offered a variety of choices. Very friendly and helpful staff. The place and surroundings were pleasant except that public transport wasn't easily available.

We have a Hilton Honours membership but the points could not be credited to our account as we had booked through Booking.com

The hotel was in a great location. It was close to Gruene Hall and the town square. The room was clean and roomy. The kitchenette was a nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. We came down from Haslet, Texas and will be back again.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, but other than that, great.

We came from out of town because my wife was about about to go into labor at the local birthing center. First they allowed us to check in a bit early which was really great because we could get settled. Our hotel door card was not working properly, so the staff was generous and went ahead and upgraded our room so we can get settled. Great service honestly.

shower could use a handheld shower head, as showerhead is not powerful enough. could use hooks in the shower for hanging scrubbers to drip dry.

Everything was exceptional. I didn't know there was a little kitchen in our hotel and when we walked in i was super excited to see that! Came in handy for sure! Big fridge, dishwasher, stove, utensils, pots, pans.. I mean it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable 👌

The only thing I didnt care for was the continental breakfast one morning. We stayed for 3 nights and every morning we came down for breakfast.. well the last morning we were there, we headed down for breakfast and it was 920am. Breakfast is till 10am. They already had everything pulled and cleaned up, we were like what the heck.. I asked the front and they responded with "well there is just so much to clean up"... I was super disappointed in that answer.

The staffers were very friendly and attentive.

We tried watching TV but couldn’t because it wasn’t user friendly. Glad we had our I-Pad, my husband and his friends were watching the games on our I-pad.

Great location and newer facility

Our bathroom leaked all over the floor on our second day. We asked front desk to fix it and had maintenance guy come out. Leaking stopped but kept making noise. No good.
