The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Staff is fantastic and the best is the hotel is located on a street every knows. It was a good location for day trips and behind big doors so no randoms walking in unless they ring the bell to get in. The air conditioning was nice is the extreme heat. It is an older building so the elevator and quirkiness adds to the charm. I wld not recommend to anyone who is afraid of tight spaces or in a wheel chair. Great jumping off spot.

The noise of the big doors slamming constantly and the neighbours pumping the toilet button felt like it was coming through the walls at wee hours of the night-morning.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom is also pretty big, and the shower was able to heat up quite nicely. The ac was great for the hot Naples days. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the breakfast was very good in the cozy reading room. There is a supermarket a block away, and it was extremely close to where the conference I was attending was. Overall, it was a great experience.

The entrance seems more like an airbnb apartment and not a full hotel. Seems to be regular for the area, but it still caught me by surprise. My room was right next to the reception area, and I could still faintly hear what was happening outside. There were no blackout curtains, but it wasn't an issue because the sun never really hit me in the face. That is because the view from my window was straight to a wall of the next building with a little alleyway overgrown with weeds where some cats were asleep for most of the day. Not a big deal. Also, you need to pay 20c to take the elevator. Not an issue to climb a couple of flights of stairs, and they pay the first time for you when you come in with all your luggage, but still.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and patient. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is clean, comfortable, and has a great location to the historical sites. It’s perfect for a simple stay with a little light breakfast and coffee to get you started on your day. I was so grateful for the kindness of the staff with my many questions. They know how to treat weary travelers.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

Location superb, walked to duomo, archaeology museum and restaurant alley. Breakfast included better than anything served at a 4 star by super friendly staffers. Street noise blunted by huge wooden panels. This is a historical building but our room had a high tech star show to help us sleep. We did...great value. Grazie...

Getting into the building and riding the elevator takes some figuring at first, but we figured it out.

Good location of the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Very positive approach & high level of customer service from the receptionists :)

Some of the furniture in the room was out of date. Very old building so noise-level from corridor was quite loud.

Great location and easy to reach all the main tourist points. Facility is really clean, offers good breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming staff!

We loved it being an old building, the stars on our ceiling and the very comfortable bed. The breakfast choice was good, the staff were great.

It was a little tired, didn't bother us, but I can imagine some people wouldn't like it, even if they weren't paying loads for their stay.

It is a ‘real’ Italian hotel, small friendly, local furnishing, slightly 1960’s, not particularly my taste but comfortable. Good white cotton sheets, pillows ok. The location a few metres from the beautiful Duomo is great. Roughly opposite is a street with lots of restaurants and a good vibe. It is situated in Via Duomo which also has many shops and cafes. Lorenzo was extremely helpful in finding bus times and taxis for me to get to The Amalfi Coast. All staff speak good English. Breakfast staff were welcoming and serve croissants actually warm with brilliant coffee. I also took the open top bus from Dante Sq ( a short walk away) all around Naples.

I was a bit alarmed on arrival to find it was not on the Main Street, ie no hotel frontage as is usual, but through a slightly gloomy courtyard, up an antique lift to the second ( or first) floor. The big wooden courtyard doors are locked at 8 pm and you press a code so they can buzz you in through a small doorway. I was a bit concerned at being locked out but no need to worry as they answer straight away.

I recently had a short stay at Hotel des Artistes in Naples, Italy, and it was truly a pleasure experience. The hotel is located in a charming and lively neighborhood with easy access to many restaurants, and shops. The best part of our stay was the welcoming staff. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The building was dated and the lift add to its charm.

The room was comparatively smaller.

Very nice , clean room with lovely balcony and air conditioning . Very useful fridge with mini bar . Great location and very helpful reception staff . Great way to order cheaper taxis . Lots of food places very nearby . Naples main cathedral just a minute away .
