Perfect location to be near the Harris Rally last week. I booked it through booking.com. got a rate oglf $139, plus tax came to $160. It was a comfortable room, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was okay.

When I checked put, I was charged $169 instead of the $139. They added $15 for parking. The bill came to $209. I put it on my visa debit card, so when I checked my account, the bill said $235! I was going to contact you guys at that point,but it was over weekend. So I waited until today. It did clear finally back down to $209..so, I was overcharged $30 w the rate. But I'm ok w that. It was just a bit weird, the whole process. I usually pay in advance, but it all worked out.

The hotel staff were wonderful and helpful. The stay was pleasant and location was perfect. We both really liked the "not radio" soaps and lotions. The breakfast was really good! We definitely would stay again.

Not much to complain about. But, It would be nice if there was shade over the pool. In the phoenix heat, without some cover, the pool was not inviting until after dark. By then it was overrun by a very large family. Not the fault of the hotel at all, but a suggestion of a cover for more availability.

Everything was very clean and everyone was very friendly. One of the bigger TV's I've seen in a hotel room. Breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast and was different every day. Ok coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. The rooms also have very effective light blocking shades. And decent water pressure even on the 4th floor.

No microwave or coffee maker in the room. Almost wandered down to the lobby in my boxers to get coffee in the am and make popcorn in the pm. When I asked about this I was told it was part of the minimalist idea. Taken too far for me.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The common areas (lobby, fitness center) were also very nicely kept. We ended up spending a lot of time in the lobby area enjoying meals and playing foosball and bubble hockey. The breakfast was enjoyable as well. The staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for our trips to the Mariners and Dodgers spring training facilities and for hiking the nearby nature preserves. We were also able to walk to the outlet mall, Westgate Entertainment District, and to a RV show.

Location couldn't be better. The staff was great and the room was comfortable and clean. It's nothing fancy but a nice room and good experience overall.

The shower floor was incredibly slippery. It only gets worse when using the body wash and conditioner. I'm surprised someone hasn't fallen and been hurt. In fact, I actually sat down during part of my shower to avoid falling. And I'm relatively athletic and not physically limited in any way. Now that I think of it again, this really needs to be brought to the attention of someone who can change this before someone really gets hurt.

Location was good. We didn’t give ourselves enough time to sit and eat.

I was hoping for a dresser in the room for our clothes vs the bench/shelf - which the bottom shelf was dusty which transferred to my clothes. Also the other miss was having no complementary water in the room. We purchased several waters each day from your front desk until the last day, we were asked if we would like a complementary water from the small frig behind the front desk. This would have saved us several dollars had this been offered sooner.

Loved the eco-consciousness of the property, recycling, multi-use toiletries instead of small single use plastic bottles, The room was so well designed, a little small, but every inch served a purpose and was spotless!

Only 2 small things - the floor of the shower was pretty slickery, glad there were safety bars and there was only 1 chair so one of us had to sit on the bed to watch TV...,,certainly not a deal breaker but would really improve the room!

The location was everything. Being directly across from the stadium made it so easy to go to the concert and come back to the room. Also all of the food venues across the street were fantastic and we even did some shopping at the adjacent mall.

The pool is a disappointment. It's way too small for a hotel of this size and there's no hot tub. A covered parking area would help in that heat!

I like the confort of the room and the breakfast Was real good

I did not like that I am a weelchair user and I wanted this hotel because I wanted use the lift in the pool but is not working ,I díd not like that I have to pay for parking when there is plenty of parking and I dont understand why are you charging for that if I am paying for the stay that was really upsetting for me

The breakfast was enjoyable. . I enjoyed the 24 hour coffee. The grab bar in one of the elevators got broken late one evening and by early the next morning, your maintenance personal was fixing it. Impressive. He was also very personable. Kudos to your staff! Desk people, breakfast staff, desk manager—They were all very pleasant and helpful. Thanks!
