Easy access to linate airport - 10 min with Taxi. 15 min walk to Ospidale San Rafael. So for a meeting there it is very good. Single bedroom a bit on the smaller size but with all facilities. Friendly staff and perfect breakfast. The surrounding residencial area is interesing with separation of pediastrians and cars with bridges over the road.

We had a meeting at the hotel and there was a failure of the heating system. You needed a coat to enjoy the meeting.

Overall its clean and comfortable hotel with professional staff. It was close to the place I was gonna work. The place around was safe and nice to explore especially on the early hours of the day. You can get iron if you need as well.

After 20:00 it was almost impossible to found some market around. I would prefer there should be coffee machine, kettle and tea. Even beer should be served more than 1 bottle at minibar over at least 350mm and not on 1 short 250mm metallic glass. There should be more variety for snacks as well. The breakfast also was poor and it does not worth the price I get.

- oldish decoration and furniture; - restaurant closed while staying there; - a bit noisy ventilation system; - the bed mattress could have been more comfortable; - no extra blanket available in the room;

The hotel is very clean, rooms really spacious and bathrooms are also really spacious and well equipped. The location is great for families, in a safe area with a small Alej for a nice walk in the evening too If you’re not looking for a central located hotel in Milan, this is perfect.

The elevators are a bit small for families with luggages and a stroller. And there are too many stairs for strollers..

Good value for the price. Room was well furnished and very clean. Fresh lemon and mint water in the lobby was appreciated. Good access to a few restaurants within 100m walking. Parking was inexpensive and convenient.

Though the room and its bathroom were a good size, the shower stall itself was very tiny, and water pressure could have been better. You are charged by the day for parking, but to go in and out have to have the front desk validate your parking, and at times I had to wait 10+ minutes while they checked in other guests. Mattress, though clean was old and I could feel the springs starting to push through.

Very peaceful, safe location in a park-like setting and only a 15 minute taxi ride from Milano Centrale. There is also a bus/metro option for getting to the city center. It also has a lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Some amenities like small grocery stores are also walking distance.

It needs a little paint update to the outside of the building. The rooms had been updated, though.

When I did ask the receptionist about where we could stay like a leisure area with sofas he told me only there on the hole in front the reception. I did go downstairs on -1 floor to find some Comfort. They should provide something a place to stay when people after check out stay there !

Nice hotel, well kept, some food and drinks in the small fridge in the room, comfy bed, good view of a small lake, no traffic or other noises.

The flush tank in the bathroom was defective and sometimes water would keep flowing until I played a bit with the handles. There was no light bulb in the bedside lamp. No USB sockets in the room. The restaurant was closed all weekend, and apparently is often closed at weekends (it was closed the weekend before, a friend informed me).

I must really say that I appreciated the Staff's Friendly and NON AGGRESSIVE manner. I had made a slight error in my reservation, but thanks to the young lady at the Reception Desk, my problem was resolved efficiently and effectively without ever making me feel inadequate. Her professional manner has been greatly appreciated. Thanks and I look forward to my next accommodation with NH hotel. ps. Breakfast was absolutely delightfully delicious and abundant! fg

We're charged before arrival though the statement "No prepayment" in the booking.com was one of the reasons to choose the hotel. Hard to find the hotel, phone number in the site is not relevant. Location is far from the center
