Location and facilities

Our room was not clean during the stay. We were not informed that we have to notify them if we need cleaning even after we talk to the front desk after the first day when we called about it.

I liked that our room was comfortable and had everything we needed

The only thing I can think of is my wifi wasn't working but that didn't spoil anything for us

Nice pool, good breakfast. Overall good hotel.

They were allowing a person to come through the pool area with his pit bull. The dog was acting aggressively toward myself and my kids.

The breakfast was exceptional. I had second servings of the sausage gravy and biscuits. I really appreciated that the gravy was not very peppery or spicy. The eggs were pretty good for buffet scrambled eggs and the bacon was excellent. It was definitely a high point of our stay. Our room was extremely clean, the sheets were soft and welcoming, and the whirlpool was a great pleasure to experience. The manager went beyond what was expected to make sure that our visit was a good experience and was affordable and it was much appreciated!

There were only two things out of the hundreds of things that I observed. While sitting in the car waiting for my boyfriend to check in, I noticed there were worms in the tree outside the front entrance. Coming from an area where worms have devastated a lot of the local trees, I know it is something that needs to be treated immediately. The other thing was when I was leaving the shower I noticed that the air vent in the bathroom was pretty dirty.

Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety.

It would be nice to have a more comfortable chair for longer stays.

The pool included a hot tub which was nice for parents, very close to several restaurants, clean hotel.

The bedding didn’t have a clean smell. I thought the pillows and cases were not clean enough.

We had a Jr Suite that was planned out very well. The closet was actually in the area of the bedroom. This was a very nice quiet room.

Can't say anything good about the breakfast. We went out for breakfast. I realize that lots of things changed during COVID but nothing has returned that is good for breakfast.

All around great staff and clean with plenty of room in the rooms.

Parking was a struggle due to a lot of large company trucks taking up a lot of space but we managed.

Friendly staff, easy check in. The pool and hot tub was very clean. Nice breakfast choices.

Our room was was on the highway side. At first we thought the window was open. Truck traffic all night.

We liked everything. Well designed, very clean room, great lighting, quality beds and linens. Definitely the best breakfast we’ve had on this road trip. Nice warm cinnamon rolls, a good selection of breads, bagels, English muffins, exceptional coffee, and very gracious breakfast service with a warm smile. Much appreciated.
