It’s a nice modern hotel that is well located. The food was good, the view from the rooftop terrace is bomb and the ladies working there provide an excellent customer service! I can see how the hotel is aspiring to provide top notch experience, for example, by introducing welcome and bed-time rituals that you don’t usually see in hotels below 4 stars.

Unfortunately, my shower head wasn’t working properly, looked like it was clogged. It’s not a big deal but it has tainted the experience a little. The other thing is that I have asked for an early morning taxi the night before, however, the next day had to look for and wake up the receptionist to only find out that nothing was arranged in advance thus wasted some time on that arrangement, the offered breakfast box wasn’t provided either. I just wish things were managed beforehand and the night shift reception staff set their alarm accordingly to help guests out. The whole situation was awkward, I felt like I was bothering them.

Antique structure, beautifully renovated , high level modern design while respecting the details of the old building. A nice combination of old and new . Beautiful common areas, always warm water , tea cups and tea available . Highly rated restaurant in the hotel, with breakfast a la cart with great options to choose on. Staff very reponsive, the owner was on site and hands on in helping answering questions and give great restaurant suggestions . He is very professional . Great value for the money

Nothing that I did not like , except that I did not stay long enough

It is a beautiful historical building made from volcanic rock. The building itself used to be Arequipa’s national radio station and the hotel kept the music records and many music antiques that is incorporated into their interior design. There is also a room available for 24 hour access to listen to any of the records they have. As well as a restaurant called Indigo that serves Michelin star worthy food. A must try even if you do not stay there! The rooms are a perfect size for a couple, and the bathrooms are fully upgraded. Will definitely return again for another trip to Arequipa.

The only thing to note is that like most hotels there is no AC, not a big issue for us as we went in May as it was transitioning to a colder season.

Went back to Arequipa to relax and treat ourselves after some sightseeing around cusco and copacabana. Before, we only stayed one night at Qasa and based on that experience we knew that this would be the place to return to. And we were not dissppointed. This time we had the opportunity to dine in the fantastic restaurant of the qasa hotel. And so we did on each of the three nights we stayed there this time. Each meal there was an experience, it was simply incredible. Most of the flavours we never tasted before. We loved every second in the hotel and its restaurant. Staff is very attentive and incredibly friendly and the chef is an artist! A few weeks ago i alrwady descibed our first qasa experience here, just wanted to add our restaurant experience.

We‘re usually very picky when it comes to choosing our hotels during traveling, but sometimes we‘re surprised how much our expectations are even exceeded. Qasa Nomad in Arequipa is one of those rare cases. Unfortunately we only stayed one night and had a really good rate. But the amount of attention we were receiving from the staff was exceptional. The premises within an old building are beautiful and modern designed. There is a music room with a vinyl library. The rooms are quiet, brand new and modern with comfy beds and perfect showers. We were so lucky to talk to the owner of the place who couldn’t be more friendly and helpful and even introducing one of his chefs to us. Unfortunately due to timing reasons we were not able to have dinner at the restaurant, but would have loved to. Breakfast was unconventional and really great! That place is not just a hotel, it is an experience. Will come back if we should ever come to Peru again.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and absolutely loved it. It surpassed all our expectations and was much prettier than the photos on booking.com. The staff were all very attentive and made our stay a lovely one. The rooms are tidy, clean and modern. WiFi is very good and the shower always has hot water. They also leave a little choc chip cookie in your room every night which is a thoughtful touch. We had a view of the volcanoes and city from our room window which looked out onto the main courtyard and saw the fireworks on Xmas eve from there. There is a music room which is amazing with a guitar, electric drum kit and walls of records you can play. We didn't need to use the co-working space whilst here but it is a nice set up. Breakfast is very good and great that it's a la carte as everything is fresh, including fresh coffee made with a coffee machine. They do proper cortados too. The restaurant served one of the best meals we had in Arequipa and the chef is very talented. The rooftop bar is great with good views and specialty cocktails (you cannot get classic cocktails - only their mixes). Overall, 10/10 would recommend. It's an amazing hotel with very lovely staff.

Just a note that the room did not have a fridge or kettle which would be standard in Europe/UK but I think is not a cultural standard here in the same way. The lunch and evening menu also did not have many vegetarian options - it would be great if some were added.

The rooms, very big beds, comfortable, nice shampoo smell collection the extra spaces like the bar and the restaurant and the disk collection room, the interior design

The bathrooms was very clean but was smelling humidity. The breakfast was very little and you could choose only one option of the menu. Very tasty though but I was hungry. The restaurant didn’t have some items from the menu all the time.

Beautiful lobby and wonderfully appointed bar and restaurants

The rooms feel aesthetically disconnected from the rest of the feel of the hotel. They’re a bit lackluster but mainly the beds are uncomfortable as they extremely hard. And yes, I know, first world problem here, but there is no AC. Even during winter the days in Arequipa can become very warm so I’d recommend the option of having some rooms with AC and charge more for them if it’s a cost issue.

Everything was just perfect. The staff is attentive and takes care of every little detail. The room is modern, clean and offers free water, WiFi, comfy bed and even little cacti. When getting back to the hotel later in the day, the prepared my room for the night with a small sweet to wish me goodnight, closed the curtains and put on some mood light. Everything is just perfect here, and I will not hesitate to come again. A big plus is the availability of hotel staff; you can reach them 24/7 via WhatsApp, available via a QR code in your room.

The service, decor and location was exceptional. The breakfast and the restaurant Indigo was superb!

The showers were a little tricky to manage when balancing hot and cold water. There is no AC/heating in the rooms and depending if you get a direct sun exposed window it can be either a little hot or cold but Arequipa 's weather is mild so not a big deal. The room next to the elevator is super noisy and the only window faces the hallway/elevator so beware.
