Staff were very responsive and courteous. Very good breakfasts so we didn’t have to go find breakfast every morning. Room had everything we needed. Grocery store right across the street. Gas station a block a way. Beds were comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators were always quick so it was never a long wait. Would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen utensils were a bit limited but we made it work. Perhaps provide scissors for kitchen. More fruits for breakfast, apples? Provide nuts for oatmeal.

Room was large and comfy with great kitchen area with full sized fridge. Large closet and plenty of space to spread out including dinette table. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and accommodating. Lobby area is very comfortable. Pool area and hot tub nice. Right within walking distance to downtown Moab. Beds very comfortable. Newer hotel.

Housekeeping rules are very difficult to understand and was not done to our request. Very frustrating with 3 different requests and still not getting what was needed. Had to get towels, TP, and Kleenex/soap at the desk.

The room was an efficiency which provided us with everything we needed for a three night stay. A full size refrigerator and cooking area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large.

The bathroom could use some updating. We were on the first floor and could not open our darkened drapes for some reason. They were either stuck or the management was concerned about privacy which made the room very dark. We were on the first floor in the back with parking.

Great room with a view of the wild area behind the hotel (we saw 8 deer on the day we left). Right sized-room, love the kitchen area. Comfy beds and plenty of drawer and closet space. Hot tub was fabulious after a day of hiking. Perfect location!

Wish there was a setting on the bedside lamps that wasn't so bright. Even just doing one bulb, it was hard to read and not disturb others in the room trying to sleep with brightness. Not a big deal, just a little thing.

The property was clean and comfy- rooms were nice. Breakfast was excellent and was well tended to ensure availability of the food items. Availability of shopping and restaurants was very good.

The staff could have been a little more accomodating- when we asked questions it always seemed like we were bothering them. We did not have this anywhere else during our trip. Usually met with a welcome and a smile. The property was in a very congested area on a busy road. This made travel in/out of the property a bit tricky. If I would have known I would have picked a hotel closer to the edge of town with less congestion. Secondly the property was a bit pricey- I should have done a better job of shopping for better value. Lastly- just a matter of opinion- the room was poorly laid out in that the TV was not visible from the bed. I kind of enjoy relaxing with a little TV before going to sleep but it was not possible.

I loved the extra homey, family friendly touches, like full kitchens in all the rooms, the cabinet in the front lobby with rice cooker, games, etc. and the breakfast with lots of options! I loved that there were big squeeze bottles for the shampoo and conditioner instead of the tiny sample sizes, though unfortunately not all of ours were filled. The beds were more comfy than I expected for a 2 star hotel! I was very pleasantly surprised.

There were not very many pillows and they were pretty low quality, flimsy pillows. I know it’s common since COVID but not having housekeeping every day is a big bummer. We generally stay in Airbnb s but when we do stay in hotels one of the nicest parts is not having to worry about taking trash out, changing out towels, etc. We had to deal with that stuff because of there not being housekeeping during our stay which was a little lame. Overall though it was much better than I was anticipating! We’d stay there again!

We had a great time in this place, just like the photos on booking, the customer service was excellent, they gave us a little bag with a bottle of water, a postcard, and a little gift. Our room was spacious, with a spot to work, and a spot to cook. The breakfast was okay, the waffles were good.

Maybe offering a bit of a healthier option for breakfast, with more fruits.

It was clean and kept up nice. The staff was exceptional! Helped with every need went above and beyond for everything. They were so nice and friendly. Made our stay exceptional!

The pool and hot tub was dirty. Different breakfast choices would have been nice instead of the same eggs every other day and meat and biscuits and gravy. But there was so many other great options it didn’t bother us that much.

We were surprised how nice the kitchenette was! We will definitely stay again. Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean. The patio is a great addition to the room. Very friendly staff. Breakfast really good. And bacon!

There was sharp tacks at threshold going into bathroom. Room 201 Other than that, it was a great room!
