Breakfast varied well cooked and healthy options. Dietary requirements well met at no extra charge. Comfortable accommodation with host going extra mile to ensure made to feel welcome. Willing to share own love of Cornwall and enabled people staying to have information needed to access local attractions interested in. High standards achieved in all aspects of B&B accommodation including decoration furnishings food and recycling. Able to access accommodation during day. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We stayed here for one night only, and when we left I really regretted not having booked for more! I think this says it all really... Abigail was a perfect host, nice and discreet, but also very sweet. She took care of all the little details that make the difference (like fresh flowers...) and prepared a very good breakfast the next morning (several options you can choose from). The rooms are spacious enough for 2 people and very well decorated and everything was spotless clean, especially the bathroom which has a nice big shower and all the comforts. The location of the house was what we needed for our tour of Cornwall so I'd say perfect for us. The village also has a very good pub 5 min from the house, so we didn't need to drive anywere in the evening.

Very nice breakfast. The only thing missing in the room for my personal needs was an upright chair and small table or desk to sit at when reading, writing or using a laptop. Unfortunately there was no space to have a chair and desk, but everything else in the room was perfect, very good bed, very good shower, good heating and comfortable armchair.

As already mentioned, a desk and upright chair in the room would have been useful, but there was no space for such.

The location and the lovely welcome from the owner. Room was lovely and clean comfortable bed with tv and a on suite bathroom with shower towels provided . The owner was always very pleasant polite and went above and beyond every morning to give a outstanding breakfast which is included in the price.

the room was a little small for a double for 2 people think more for a single person as not alot of room to move around..

Lynwood House is a lovely, well cared for house with friendly hosts Abigail and Jeremy. The room was very good with a comfortable bed, tv, small fridge good storage and generous sized en-suite. Breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice.

It was absolutely fantastic the room and bathroom were immaculate nice warm towel rail to dry towels Are room was cleaned every day and beds made Lovely breakfast cooked fresh plus cereal toast etc and not rushed all in all a very smashing place to stay and definitely return

Excellent location to explore that part of Cornwall..my 2nd stay there and convenient for me to visit friends and relatives. Excellent host eager to please and knowledgeable of the area for touring places to visit and where to eat..highly recommended place to stay..

Nothing about the accommodation, but the council should look at the speed limits in surrounding roads.

Set in beautiful countryside with a lovely hostess beautifully comfortable with a fabulous breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful welcome. Clean room. Comfortable mattress. Shower with adjustable shower head. Good, generous breakfast served in a nice, cosy room. Highly recommended.

The mini-fridge for the milk is a bit noisy during the night.

The property was easy to find, very clean, wonderful hosts and plenty of information leaflets for the area. Abigail was brilliant with respect to my food intolerance.

I can honestly say there was nothing about the property I did not like.
