Aleko the receptionist was a fine gentleman who seemed to be taking interest in his job, unlike the F&B staff seving breakfast. Gosh.. theyvwere so unhappy and rude and had no idea what gluten is !! They could learn a little English and look less tormented ! There was the bar man who served us in the evening and arranged room service to deliver me gluten free veg food - very kind and cooperative young man. God bless him ! Due to these two decent n polite people, our stay became pleasant.

Very rude staff at the restaurant. Manager did not bother to show up to resolve the trouble I had. They had no cereal for breakfast ! Luckily I was carrying my own gluten free cereal - what an easy thing to store for an emergency.

საუნა ქალის და კაცის ცალცალკეა, ბასეინი და სპა სხვადახვა ადგილასაა და სირბილი გიწევს. უმჯობესი იქნება პირსახოცების ჩაბარება ეგრევე ბასეინთან რომ არ იყოს და გასახდელში გამშრალება მოახერხო ნორმალურად. 3 ჯაკუზიდან 1 არ მუშაობდა და რიგი იყო ჩასვლაზე. ხმის იზოლაცია 0, საუზმე მწირი, ჰოკეის შაიბა სათამაშო ოთახში არ იყო, ბილიარდის კიებიდან 2 გატეხილიიყო. ბასეინის გასახდელში ტუალეტის კარი არ იკეტებოდა და ბოლოს უარყოფითი ემოცია დაგვიტოვა კაცმა რომელიც ბასეინთან მუშაობს. ჯაკუზი გადაივსო და დასაცლელიაო, ამოგვაღებინა საცობი და ცოტა რომ ჩაიცლება ჩაარჭეთ ისევო. დასასვენებლად ვიყავით წასულები და არა ჯაკუზის წყლის დონის საკონტროლებლად. ჩექაუთზე კი 10 წუთით ადრე ჩასვლას გირჩევთ თუ შაბათ-კვირა დაგემთხვათ. ოთახის შემოწმებას დიდი დრო უნდა.

Comfortable beds, good staff, nice environment. We really enjoyed the stay in Gori Inn. Swimming pool and spa facilities are superb as well. Large parking area for cars. We only spent one night here, but we would definitely take this hotel into consideration again if we are in Georgia. Compared the strengths and weaknesses it is a good hotel for the price.

Breakfast was probably the weakest among the hotels we have visited during our 10 days in Georgia. One of the rooms had a strong smell of urine, which is not a pleasant experience when you arrive tired, but the staff immediately offered another one. In this case, the cleaning staff should notify the management at once and they should not offer the room to guests until all problems have been resolved. Wallpapers and furniture are somewhat outdated.

We were travelling with our dog, and it was crucial for me to have a spot for him to walk, run, and play, so I selected this hotel due to its proximity to the park. The location is just great, near the park and the river, within the city but in a quiet area. There is a good restaurant next to the hotel (across the river), but the hotel also has a restaurant. There is a big guest parking spot, a nice area for kids, an indoor pool with outside deck chairs, and cosy rooms with really cosy beds. And lovely hotel staff.

Initially, the hotel claimed to allow pets; we booked a superior room and had to pay extra for having the dog there. Tbh, this is still wild to me; I can't call it pet-friendly when I need to pay extra for a dog that doesn't do anything with the room that would require extra effort to make it up. Still, I appreciate the hotel's flexibility to accept dogs, as this is not widespread across Georgia. Probably the breakfast could be more nutritious, since normally this price range means better food selection.

No good WiFi and internet access in the room 515. If you need to work, you have to go to the lobby. There is no transfer that the hotel could offer and include as a separate item in the bill for your stay. There is no Yandex taxi in Gori. The hotel can call a taxi for cash, but there will be no documents for it. There are Maxim taxis in Gori, but the cars are old and it is not known whether they will go from the hotel to Tbilisi airport 100 km away.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.” The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient. The breakfast was average. The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. It is the best choice for this price.

The breakfast was OK, didn't have a variety of options. There was a noise of heating system in the room.

Rooms are clean and modern. The whole building is good looking. Its clealy the best hotel in Gori.

As travelling for business, I always miss the proper desk or table in the room to work on. Breakfast is nothing special. Everyday is served the same, although if there are less rooms booked you will get even smaller variety of food for breakfast. I think the variety of food and boiled eggs served cold doesn't go along with the stars rating or prestige of the hotel. Also there are no juices served in the morning, only local strange drinks.

Lovely new hotel just south of the CBD of Gori, beside local football pitches and the river. Nice large room with a good bathroom, wardrobe and a balcony (bonus for a smoker like me!). A little fridge with coffee and tea facilities. But best of all is the pool and sauna facilities. Lovely! Finally, what makes a good hotel? The staff. The reception and bar staff all very kind and helpful - loaning me a charger for my phone, and giving instructions and directions to help me. Jad a nice little sine tasting in the cellar, and, a luxurious massage in the spa centre. Really welcoming and professional and warm. Loved my stay at Gori Inn, will definitely try to get back with my partner. Good luck guys.

Exceptional value for the price ( 210 Lari for 1 night in spacious triple room with balcony, big and clean bathroom and included breakfast) We enjoyed the free Saunas and pool, also booked a 1 hour full body massage for additional charge of 150 Lari which was good. Dinner (Buffet available for 40 Lari per Person) and Breakfast were rather basic and vegetarian options quite limited. The free wine tasting with Giorgi was a banger, you get to try a white wine, red wine, cognac and Chacha in amounts that make you tipsy by the time you leave again and nobody even asks you to buy anything.

Dinner was not great value for the price and we were told at reception we could get dinner until 10 pm, however the buffet was only open until 9 pm so shortly after we arrived they started to clean up the buffet and we had to rescue some food to our plates. Apparently there are two options, to order à la carte or to go to the buffet, and order à la carte is possible until 10 pm. I understand misunderstandings happen but it would have been nice, if the receptionist told us that the buffet closes in 15 minutes when we bought the ticket at 8:45 pm.
