Very nice people, great service, always trying to help. Excellent secluded pool area (although sometimes not enough sun beds). It was very hot outside but felt great by the pool. The hotel is not far from the city center - just 15-20 min walk so very convenient.

The prices of the restaurant and drinks were way too excessive. We are used to eat/drink in the hotels but not here: a price of a cocktail by the pool at 20 eur rivals central London, and burger for 35 eur just meant that it was easier to get all this outside for half the price. Rooms are getting cleaned very late - at around 4-5pm, which is not ideal.

The welcome was wonderful as we arrived very late. Check in was easy and quick, and we were even provided with after hours wine service as our travel day was much longer than anticipated. The rooms are beautiful, large, and well appointed. The staff goes out of their way to welcome you. Breakfast was nice and the pool area is really beautiful. We were traveling with kids and they loved the pool area.

The food options were limited and very expensive. The location was a bit further from the center of the city, thus a shuttle would have been nice as we have stayed in Florence multiple times at other hotels, which had shuttle service.

The hotel was so chic and romantic. located perfectly in Florence. concierge was sooo professional and helpful beyond expectations. Especially Neri was just superb. And Fabio was helpful and friendly.

The hotel was amazingly tidy and stylish. Director Pane and his team deliver an excellent "home away from home"-experience. They arranged a beautiful rose-arrangement for my partner before arrival on my request, they helped with everything from luggage to taxis, very valuable advice for sightseeing and excursions. Harrys bar- the garden was very beautiful. The eye for detail and the work laid down is done in such a manner that the experience of the stay is STELLAR.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was good. No complaints.

It is a beautiful hotel and has the friendliest staff. The rooms were clean and pretty, the garden was lovely too. The concierge is extremely helpful and they even recommended a restaurant that turned out to be stunning!

The breakfast was decent but not a 5-star level breakfast. This would be the only point to be improved on.

the restaurant was “off” that evening. there was another large party and likely overwhelmed so the restaurant quality (missed orders/cold food) was not as great as the rest of the hotel.

If you're looking for a vacation hotel that treats you like someone extra special, then you've found that hotel in Florence, It. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was warm, light and inviting. Our room was spacious beyond our expectations and it had a beautiful terrace looking out over the city of Florence! Mornings and evenings were events we looked forward to looking out our patio door.

Although the meals we had at the hotel were sublime I do wish they were a little more affordable. Quite pricey. That said the staff, once again, were spectacular in welcoming us and treating us with complete care.

location is convenient both with car and near the interesting areas... rooms are spacious and well furnished... staff very helpful and professional.

some frills are expected in the bathrooms... breakfast may be better...

Lovely clean well kept property. Beautiful pool area and bar. There was a wide variety of food on the breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
