Location as it was near the interstate and restaurants and stores. Price was also a factor for my choosing this property.

I would say the only negatives were that only one of the three light fixtures above the bathroom sink was burning and something funky was going on with the toilet seat. It was like it was the wrong size or something. I told the front desk about both of these issues as I checked out.

Room 117 was perfect for us. Clean. The lobby is fresh, bright, and modern. The front staff, Ms. Genie was super friendly. Close proximity to everything you might need. Food, gas, etc. Hot breakfast is included. Its location is right off the freeway, exit 351. About 15 min from the Tennessee state line. We would stay here again.

It's an older motel but freshly remodeled. You'll be fine here for a night or two.

The lobby looked in order and was clean. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was close to the interstate for me to resume my journey home.

There wasn't any staff present at check-in. The phone at the desk was ringing (twice) and there wasn't anyone present to answer it. I waited 8 minutes for someone to arrive so that I could check-in. I was told that there weren't any rooms available on the ground floor and only stairs available (no elevator)

Quiet. Able to get a good night's rest. Checking in was so pleasant. The desk clerk showed her southern hospitality. Enjoyed my stay here and will use this facility again.

Door to room didn't work properly. Finally was ae to get back in room by holding door handle up straight and then using key card. Other than this everything was good.

We actually loved everything. The toom was clean, and the pool was clean. Beds were comfy, and we had lots of room in the hotel room itself. Breakfast was great also! Lots of choices!

The only complaint I have is that the refrigerator made a clicking noise off and on. LOL.

The customer service was excellent

Booking.com charged me in addition, to me paying at the hotel. I booked with them, showed up at the hotel, checked in & notified Booking.com that I was all signed in; yet, they charged me and so far (since 10 July 2023) has refused to reimburse me. I have filed several claims and sent proof of my stay, bank receipts, but still; they have not settled my claim.

Well kept property. Clean. Had the best of the four we stayed in during our six days of travel.

Didn’t have a toilet paper holder. Even our outhouses in Kentucky have toilet paper holders. Had a little trouble with the card keys but everything good. Just these minor issues.

The location was good for my plans in the area. The beds are comfortable.

Needs some cosmetic work outside and deep cleaning in the room. The ice maker tray ( where you set the ice bucket ) on the outside of the machine needs cleaning. I was hesitant about getting ice.

Quiet and comfortable. Great hot/cold breakfast with plenty of choices.

There were crumbs in front of the full length mirror and the table between the beds had not been cleaned. It was obvious that these things were just missed. The rest of the room was well cleaned. The front desk staff was sincerely apologetic and said they had a new cleaning staff and would take care of it.

The bathtub water would t shut off. Very disturbing during night, even with bathroom door closed. Front staff said they knew about and had reported it previously. Should t rent that room without fixing.

Fix the leak! Also, sink was clogged somewhat. I did report it. Breakfast eggs were semi-warm, which didn’t get us off to a good start the next morning.
